Fiorella Pizzería y Churrasquería — Restaurant in Guaynabo

Fiorella is our go-to spot for pizza and pasta when we want a break from the usual chain options. Their thin-crust pizzas are delicious, though they can be a bit on the greasy side—nothing a quick blot with a napkin can’t fix.

One of the unique things about Fiorella is their churrasco steak, which isn’t something you’d expect at a pizzeria, but it’s fantastic, especially with their chimichurri sauce. Same goes for their Chorizos con Chimichurri—a must-try. My wife loves the chicken parmesan, and other family favorites include the Ravioli Queso and Camarones Al Olio. The kids enjoy their pasta and arroz con habichuelas, which is a nice option beyond the usual kid-friendly meals.

So far, I’ve only ordered delivery through DoorDash, so I haven’t visited the restaurant in person yet, but I plan to soon and will update my review then. Great food, unique menu, and a solid alternative to the standard...

I placed an order through DoorDash on a typical Saturday evening with little expectations. I did ordered the Risotto which had a perfect 100% score review in the app, along with a churrasco, and several sides.

Food came in reasonable timing and must say I was beyond impressed and satisfied with the richness and top notch flavor of the risotto. No wonder it had a perfect score in DoorDash. I highly recommend this option if you are looking for a balance selection of local flavors.

The churrasco (skirt steak) was cooked to perfection as (medium-rare) and the empandas were delicious. Only downside -- as expected with any delivery -- is that the tostones were soggy.

Looking forward to trying their pizzas and rest...

I tell you, you hardly will find better pizza anywhere else. If you like the fine and crispy crust, none other is better. Also, the pizza itself taste so flavorful. I have not had a better Margherita pizza ever.
