Arby's — Restaurant in Guilford Township

This restaurant was awful by every stretch of the imagination. I don't know if this is another chain that covid ruined by not being able to get good quality employees willing to work and who want to be there. I also don't know if it's just this location and the fact that maybe it needs to shut down because of no help. The quality of food versus the price was terrible. The sandwiches looked like they we're trying to save money on the amount of meat they have to buy. The frys were almost inedible. The drink machine wasn't working right. The whole meal and the whole restaurant was the worst and for my family of 4 it cost just under 50 bucks. Lastly on top of all that the restaurant was also not unkept very well. We definitely won't be back and I'm not sure but I'm kinda scared to even try a different location to see if it's any better. I think I'm just done with Arby's all together. This is place is horrible. I stopped on Friday night and bought a Turkey Ranch Wrap. The young man came to the drive thru window wearing not a hat but a bandana. The wrap was so old that I couldn’t eat it. I took the turkey out of the wrap and I didn’t have any bacon. The fries was so old and cold that you couldn’t even chew them. I sent an email to corporate and they offered me a 7$ coupon to replace the combo. So you spend 14$ and Arby’s will send you one sandwhich coupon when the food is bad. I have only been to Arby’s once before. I should go back more often because the food was excellent today. I used the drive-through and received prompt friendly service. I ordered the Wagyu burger, crinkle fries, a Coke and fried mac & cheese, cheese balls. It takes a little longer to cook the mac & cheese balls, but it was worth it, they were very good with a little ketchup. The burger was excellent and definitely not skimpy. The crinkle cut fries were hot and delicious. Overall great meal...
