Caretti's Pizza and Italian restaurant — Restaurant in Guilford Township

Didn't even know there was 2 locations. They didn't even mention they were by Walmart until after processing my payment. I immediately told them i didn't realize there was 2 and that i had apparently called the wrong location and asked them to cancel the order. They refused and told me i had 20 minutes to get there to pick up the food because they were closing (also news to me after placing the order). Then they called me a liar because i said the person who answered never mentioned the location until after processing the payment. I didn't think to check the address because i didn't know there was another location. Carrettis on Philadelphia ave. is way better. Don't waste your money at this location by Walmart.

Edit to respond to restaurant response: you refunded the fries but refused to refund the entire order. I am not ignorant. As i told you, for some reason when i typed in carrettis in google it gave me your number as opposed to the one i always go to which i explained on the phone when i immediately told you i needed to cancel the order because somehow i had called the wrong location. But you told me you already had my money and the food was cooking so you wouldn't cancel it. You did call me a liar when i said the person on the phone didn't tell me a location when they answered because i told you it would be helpful if you said the location when you answered because i didn't know there were two locations until after you had my money and told me you were by Walmart.

Also, after eating the cheese steak it was definitely not worth it. The bread just did not taste good. The quality of service and quality of food already guatanteed i would never order from you again. Your continued unprofessional response and calling me a liar, ignorant, and dramatic at this point makes it so i will tell everyone i know and come across to never order from...

This is the second time I asked a question regarding why I was charged more than expected, and the business owner (as that is what he said he was) yelled at me. He JUST hides under " I'm Italian, that's why I sound loud," and no, it is just an excuse for him to be RUDE!! And then he said, " I'm giving 2 fresh pizzas for such an amount I don't know how else to make customers happy." Please STOP acting out. (VERY DRAMATIC) when I told him that he was being LOUD!!! I didn't complain about anything I just asked why I was charged the amount I WAS caused when I called I wasn't told that there was a charge for extra cheese when I asked if I could have extra cheese as one of my extra toppings on the 2 large pizza 2 X 22.99 with 2 toppings and he said yes and then charge me extra for the extra cheese almost 4 dollars on 1 of the pizza and the thing is that THATS NOT THE PROBLEM I mean should tell me because I took the exact amount of money I was told thoroughly the phone in cash to pay with because I didn't want to pay with my debit card. Even though I said that's fine, I'll pay with my card, and he was still very loud and RUDE!! DON'T TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT DUDE!! SPECIALLY A WOMAN!! YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY POOR!!! STOP HIDING YOUR RUDENESS UNDER "I'M ITALIAN, I'M LOUD!! NO, YOU'RE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!!! IT IS OK TO ASK QUESTIONS.... YOU HAVE A ATTITUDE PROBLEM. SO PEOPLE BE CAREFUL!!! Pizza are good when you add extra cheese other than that they are very cheap on the cheese... I paid 28.56. JUST NEED TO SAY IS EXTRA CHARGE...

If I could give this restaurant more than 5 stars, I would rank it higher as a great place to spend time with friends or family or just two of you. We just happened to find this by mistake as I originally entered restaurants close to our hotel, and another suggestion appeared, but somehow we ended up here. No accident, I'm sure! What a delightful place to eat and what we ordered was excellent. Clean modern decor. First of all, the owners were tremendously welcoming people and treated us great,even coming to the table to talk to us. I also noticed that she did that with others as well. We ordered a large Double Cheese Pizza, which came quickly, served on an elevated stand above the table. We were given silverware and round metal plates... never saw that in very many places. Pizza was exceptional. They make their own dough,sauce, etc. There were 5 of us, and we each ordered different foods from the menu. I had a chicken cheesesteak on their homemade rolls,which were the best I have ever eaten. Chicken Florentine was excellent, baked ravioli looked absolutely mouthwatering, and it was. Chicken Sorrento was also a tasty dish. My granddaughter loved their french fries, and she is fussy. She had 3 pieces of the pizza.. Everyone at our party enjoyed their dishes. The owner surprised her by bringing her a special dessert as she heard us mention it was her birthday. I want to recommend that anyone who hasn't been here put it on your list. We will certainly whenever we come here to visit...
