$2.00 charge on all credit card transactions. My 90 old mother went in to buy a cup of coffee and was to waiting on me to arrive. She knew I would be ordering, so she asked the girl behind the counter if she could get a cup of coffee and I would pay when I arrived. All she had was a debit card and did not want to pay $2.00 for a cup of coffee and $2.00 surcharge for using debit card and she knew I would be ordering also. She was told no she had to wait on me because she might walk out on them. Remember my mom is 90 and this is not New York. So I went to place my order when I arrived not realizing my moms coffee was not on the bill. When we sat down the gave me my coffee and food and not my mothers. I went back and said wait now I have to use my card again and it’s going to be an extra $2.00. They replied yes. I then told them to refund me and let’s do the transaction over again. They said they couldn’t. They had to call the owner. All of this for a $2.00 coffee??? I explained I owned many businesses and this was horrible customer service. I recommend many customers that rent vehicles from our business and will never recommend or return again. Beware a $2.00 cup of coffee will cost you $4.00 if you use a debit card. I placed an order at 7:24 and didn’t receive my order until 7:42. Other orders were placed after mine including cars in the drive-thru and all were served before me. At least 8 people came in after me and received their orders before me. Probably 4 or more cars went by as well.

Employee (a) seen employee (b) making orders before starting on mine. One employee (a) asked employee (b) if she seen my order. Employee (b) respond with the incorrect quantity and (a) responded with the correct number. Employee (b) said whatever and kept making an order and walked off.

I didn’t check my order as I was now late for work. Upon looking at my food it looked like it was rushed. The food was not prepared as it should have been. The meat was barely chopped up, it was in huge chunks. (Everything Bowls)

Used the drive-thru. They gave a great setup on the corner there. You can enter the drive-thru from both streets and it's got a decent amount of room for parking and maneuvering their layout. Very friendly and fast service. I am pretty particular about iced coffee and had never been here before. I told the woman at the window I didn't like my coffee too sweet and that it was my first time there. She gave me the most amazing hazelnut iced latte with half and half. She had me taste it and said she'd even remake it if I didn't like it! No need, because it was perfect the first time. My friend got an iced chai with vanilla and that was delicious as well. They also offer a punch card with your drinks and if you punch 9, you get your 10th free, which I thought was very cool. Love a...
