We went there this morning. When we got up to the window the barista asked us if we were next or the car at the other window. I told her the other car. So she helped them. Then she proceeds to help the next person at the other window completely ignoring us. She was obviously friends with that car. They had a 10 min conversation and held hands while there were at least 7 cars waiting to be helped. When she finally completed that transaction she came to our side. I asked her why she didn’t help us when we were next. She said it was whomever was there first?!??! Obviously that would have been us if she asked us to begin with! Really...

The BEST London Fogs in the valley. I love it so much. The wait time is quite ridiculous though. 3 cars on the other side were helped before coming to the other side. It's been almost 30 minutes. Having only 1 employee working makes the coffee not worth it. They have the best huckleberry milkshake and overall wonderful products but wow, something needs to be done about how long it takes. I just waited in line for 30 minutes. I watched the Barista “Liz” cash out the other side, and should have been our turn. Instead she waited on the same side again and started to make them 5 large drinks without even addressing us. I will never be back to this coffee stand, and I usually stop every time I pass...
