I can’t recommend All Sports Replay highly enough! I stopped in on a Saturday looking for slightly shorter xc ski poles, and from the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the owners’ kindness, expertise, and genuine care for their customers.

At first, the wife helped me—she was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable—but then she suggested I also check with her husband, as he’s even more of an expert. He was just as welcoming and helpful. I mentioned wanting to buy new poles, and instead of just making a sale, they suggested I consider shortening my current poles first. I happened to have them with me, so they took a look and pointed out that my poles were high-quality and worth modifying rather than replacing—saving me money, being more environmentally friendly, and making sure I got the best possible outcome.

Then we started talking about my actual skis, which I also had with me, and they went above and beyond, giving me invaluable advice on how to use and maintain them. The husband especially, but really both of them, were so generous with their time and expertise. They weren’t trying to push a sale—they were genuinely invested in helping me make the best decision. In fact, they down-sold me rather than up-sold me, which is incredibly rare and speaks volumes about their integrity.

Super sad I took my bike here for a tune up. It was a great up-kept trek mountain bike. The owner seemed very nice and knowledgeable.

I took my mountain bike in for their tune up and left with my bike in pieces because the guy working on my bike stripped my main bolt to the frame. They tried saying it was like that already but how is that possible if I was able to ride my mountain bike previously? They called and told me I can pick my mountain bike up in pieces or if I want to pay them they’d put it back together for me. They didn’t try making anything right and let alone took any responsibility on breaking my bike. I took my bike to two other bike mechanics that confirmed I got totally screwed from the place.
