Vegan AF Box — Restaurant in Gunnison

SO FREAKING GOOD! On our road trip to Telluride we stopped in Gunnison and searched vegan options, and when the search gives you “Vegan AF” you pretty much have to give it a shot! So worth the trip! The food is fantastic, classic food truck grub, but all vegan!! And owners Molly and Anthony are just delightful and so enthusiastic about food! We loved talking with them almost as much as eating their food!!

We had the Return of the Mac burger and BBQ Sandwich with a side of fries; all three in our group gave the food five stars!! My bf also had a strawberry cream soda!!

OMG! So good! This place is completely vegan, but even if you’re not, it’s delicious. The Philly cheesesteak sandwich was absolutely the best, and we were lucky to get some nachos — they were out of this world. Saving this spot and definitely coming back when I’m in the area! A true gem along a commonly traveled route that is a vegan desert. I can't recommend this place enough. Their menu is small but they're genuinely excited to have you come visit.
