DO NOT GO HERE! THEY WILL CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION THE NIGHT OF YOUR ARRIVAL WITH NO NOTICE!!! ZERO STARS Arrived at 9:30pm. There was one person at the front desk who refused to check people in and would barely communicate (to be fair I think he was a janitor so check in is not his job). Instead there was kiosk for checking in with someone zoom calling you on a screen. Not ideal but this system probably could work. The person in front of me took over an hour to check in. The kiosk lost its internet connection and he had to start the process over with a different zoom person, and then for some reason it still took over 40 minutes for them to find him a room. After waiting over an hour I tried to check in, and the kiosk person said they were having trouble finding my reservation and asked me to sit down while they looked for it. 20 minutes later they let me know that my reservation had been canceled because the hotel was overbooked! So at 11:00pm I was told that I had to go find somewhere else to stay (nearest hotel with vacancy was 40 minutes away). The best part, my email shows that they cancel my reservation at 9:38pm, while I was waiting in line for this stupid kiosk! I think they gave my room away to the guy in front of me in line, despite the fact that I had a reservation! I understand why they did not have a person behind the front desk, the cowards wanted to hide behind...

If i could give it less than 1 star i would. Short story: this is run by unprofessional people who harass local workers with a LOT of hidden fees. And if you have any issues you will get yelled at.

The long story: The lady at the front desk will NOT give you an itemized receipt. She doesnt know how to. And instead of being honest and working with someone they shout at you, call you 4+ times a day, harass you, charge you more than they advertise. The hidden fees are unbelievable. Im genuinely going to make sure NO ONE from any business im associated with, goes here for a work detail. They lost a MAJOR list of clients that work in this town, in the OFF SEASON. They dont know how to run a business and they treat customers like vile scum. DO NOT GO HERE. Also they lie about the amenities. No pool or hot tub even tho they loudly advertise it. Half the laundry machines are busted even if you wanted to spend 4$ a wash AND 4$ a dry. 8$ total for one wash. No ice. They dont salt any of the walkways. The hotel smells like smoke. The lights flicker to the point of a strobe so flashing light warning and they will turn your room key off hours before you check out. And done get me started about the breakfast! I had a family emergency come up on the day of my reservation. I explained to the agent how two of my family members were in critical condition in a hospital 11 hours away from me and I needed to fly there ASAP. The agent proceeded to tell me "That's not my problem" and charged me for a two-night stay, even though the cancellation policy says they will only charge you for one night. I'm very disappointed by the lack of empathy and poor customer service.

UPDATE: My boyfriend contacted the front desk and they told him their policy is to charge for both nights. After he explained that their website and the reservation confirmation stated that they only charge for the first night, they agreed to refund the second night in accordance with their cancellation policy.
