WARNING!! Ive been ordering the same thing from this restaurant for the past 7yrs. In fact the woman taking the order even knows what im going to order before i can say anything most times. However, now i realize they could careless about customer service. I placed my order over the phone and when i received my order something was missing and when i called back to let them know, the woman on the phone had a bad attitude and asked me in a very nasty tone "What do you want me to do about it we are busy" and before i could say anything she said she would give me a few dollars off next ( which is not what i wanted i wanted a full refund and for them to get the food back).Then she just hung up the phone in my face. Food is tasty but the pork fried rice is mostly cubes of pork fat and old dried out chunks of meat. The rice is often greasy. I don't recommend ordering before 2 p.m. Every time I've ordered before then the food (depending on what it is you order) seems like it could been leftover from the night before. The delivery guy is very rude and nasty. Will count your tip money right in front of you and don't expect a thank you because you won't get one. Ever. And I tip more than most people would. I just got from here after doing New East last week and being disappointed. This will be my go-to from now on for cheap Chinese. The food is good considering the prices.

The dumplings are thick skin, which I love (nice and chewy). The hot and sour soup is definitely better than New East. The shrimp is decent, not too chewy, and a good size, as good as you can do from frozen (all cheap Chinese will be shrimp from frozen). They have good selection on the menu, chicken stick is good way to have protein in your fridge for later meals. I ordered orange chicken and it was pretty good.
