Today was not a good day for me to order at Hackensack Starbucks. I am seriously upset with people attitudes, especially if your working in customer service. I purposely ordered through the app so I can go in quickly and run out. I literally walked in and two ladies were directly behind the counter having a personal conversation. I said excuse me once, which they didn’t hear me, then I said it again louder. Still didn’t hear me. Finally I shouted much louder and the girl saw me turned around with a attitude and don’t touch next time just ask for help. I looked at her with my mask on of course she probably didn’t hear me. I told her I spoke to get your attention three times and finally you heard on the third shout. You are here to serve not give attitude and provide customer service. Starbucks is not cheap plus I give tip. You are not here to give customers attitude or have personal conversations behind the counter. I have never experienced terrible service from Starbucks I usually go to little ferry Starbucks which are very nice and they get to know there customers and for me to have to come to Hackensack and deal with attitude and terrible customer service just makes me want to stay with Little ferry Starbucks, but unfortunately I work at the hospital and I have to be at work at 6am. Last time they have just scanned the card and I have got my coffee, this time this very rude young person at the desk humiliated me in front of people telling that he could not scan this card from my phone because I could have stolen that card for using for a coffee, can you believe it? Read moreI love my neighborhood Starbucks. My wife and I stop by at least once a week for our refreshing drinks. There's a lady that seemed to be the manager (I did not know her name as she didn't have a nametag), she was very nice, polite and friendly.
I'm a Veteran, therefore I asked her if Starbucks offers any deals for Veterans, she mentioned that they don't have that option on their register but that she will offer me a free drink. I was pleasantly surprised and grateful to her for the offer.
I ordered Strawberry Cream with whip cream and my wife got the cold Green Tea Latté. I must say Jonah did a marvelous job on our drinks, both our drinks had the right amount of sugar content. It tasted divine!
