0/5 stars!! I ordered a pizza online for pickup and arrived at the location at the time it was ready. After several minutes an employee came to the counter and I asked how long it would take to add cheesy bread to my order, they said 10-15 minutes. I said okay, and was rung up for my order at that time. THIRTY SIX minutes later we received our cheesy bread and had to ask again for the pizza. After almost 5 minutes we were given a cold pizza that had been sitting on the counter the entire time we waited. While waiting I took note of how one of the employees didn't even have his mask on correctly and did not have a hair covering over his long hair. An employee ran out after us and asked if we paid, and I said I paid but didn't look at the total. My boyfriend and I began to approach the store as the employee accused us of trying to leave without paying. I told the employee the pizza was cold at this point because it took nearly 40 minutes to get an order of cheesy bread. He began yelling at us WITHOUT A MASK ON about how its not his fault, its our fault and was acting in a very threatening manner. He then FORCIBLY RIPPED the pizza from my boyfriends hands while cursing at us. I went in to the store to ask who the store manager was so I can contact them and not only did he tell me was the manager "on duty at this time", but he also refused to provide me with any information! Read morePlaced an order on the app tonight and received a notification that it was ready. I went in the store to pick it up and the screen in the store also listed my name and that my order was ready. When I got in there, the store associate told me it would be done in a few minutes. After waiting a few minutes, he informed me that they forgot to make my pizza and it would be another 12 minute wait. Mind you, I had groceries in the car and two young children with me. I asked if I could get a discount and he said he’d ask the manager.
After waiting 13 minutes in my car, I went back in and my food was ready. I asked if he talked to the manager about a discount and he went and ask a gentleman making pizzas and came back and told me I could get a free drink. I asked for the manager’s name and he refused to give it to me. He explained to me that it was his fault but I explained to him that it’s the managers responsibility to talk to me and make things right. The manager wouldn’t come and talk to me and the associate wouldn’t give me his name and eventually walked away from me.
I’m horrified that the manager refused to handle a customer service issue. I order from this store a lot because my daughter loves it but I will not order again if this is how they...

Grabbed some pizza box. Got a soda, then startto eat from a container. Then she got on her phone. Not.once did she wash her hand. Her co workers were there. No one said anything to her. The delivery guys kept going in and out. No one said anything. I tap.on the window.of one car and ask if the manager was in. He said yes. I ask, why is that young lady eat rhere. His response" i am just the driver, the manager is.inside. Anyone heard of cross contamination. Someone better train the manager, train the driver how to respond to inquiry and that young lady that break tine is her time to sit back relax and enjoy her meal, to wash her hand and stay off her phone.
