Tis So Sweet — Restaurant in Haddon Heights

This place is horrible. I ordered animal coated cookies the owner half iced my cookies and when asked to fix the issue she told me she had to work and didn’t have time to re bake my cookies which I paid for in full. She said either pick them up or not. I asked for a refund she then said no the cookies look fine to her and that was it. The customer service is horrible and I will never use this place again. I found her off the black owned page and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They need to take a customer service class because it’s obvious they have no clue what customer service is. Ok, I purchased one slice of pound cake, one slice of coconut cake, one peach cobbler and one slice of sweet potato pie from an store that sells this bakeries products. Everything was DELICIOUS Except the sweet potato pie. My husband nor I liked it at all. I gave it to my German Shepherd and normally he licks the containers clean but not that sweet potato pie.
