Management on a Sunday night is atrocious. Called for a routine issue. Ordered a soup, Nick and joes packed it with no regard as to wether it would arrive in a manner that someone could eat. It was delivered and we discovered the soup was on its side. Soaked through the bag and made a mess. I figured that after spending 88 dollars there and 7 dollars in tip, a 95 dollar order…I could be reimbursed for the lost soup. Manager treated me as if I was being rude to ask. I’m sorry, I believe in accountability. When I order something, you charge me for it, and then don’t give it to me…I expect a little understanding when I don’t want to be charged for it. A credit on my next order forces my hand to order from you again. Why would I trust you with my food again, when not only do you mishandle it, but then don’t even attempt to apologize? I’m the rude one?? Nick and Joes…another organization that doesn’t care about the individual. I lived here 20 years. This is not the delivery drivers fault. This is management not caring or not enabling their employees to take care of their customers. I will make sure to update if I hear back on this. Until then, intend to tell this story often. Forgive me, long week, wanted to enjoy some time with the family, a little compassion would have gone a long way tonight. But I’m sure the manager on duty feels justified being she saved the business 10 dollars.

The eggplant parm I ordered was full of seeds and inedible. I called the restaurant to see if they always have seeds in the meal and was told “yeah eggplants have seeds, so we don’t remove them” - which we all know is not true, you’re supposed to remove them as much as possible. Anyway, I asked if they would replace the meal for me since it was an $18 meal. She said yes but i would need to bring back my eggplant parm and also owe the extra $1.35 for chicken versus eggplant. I returned the whole meal (pasta and eggplant, not the garlic knots or salad as I had already eaten them). In return I was given a tin with one single piece of chicken, no pasta. So I ended up paying $19 for a side salad, garlic knots, and a single piece of chicken. Plus two drives over to pick up. I usually love this place but I will not be returning.

I recently ordered from Nick and Joe's, keeping it simple with a dish I thought couldn't possibly go wrong: cheese fries with cheese on the side. To my surprise, instead of receiving cheese sauce as requested, I was given four slices of cheese. I called the business to address the issue and was met with poor customer service. The lady who answered the phone showed no real interest in fixing the problem. Instead, she suggested I pay an extra delivery fee and for the cheese, which was frustrating I tried to salvage the situation by melting the cheese myself, but it didn't melt properly. Instead, it hardened into an unappetizing consistency, bubbling up and becoming impossible to use. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from here. The food was disappointing, and the customer service was far from helpful.

Ordered two wraps for delivery - charged $34.00 without tip. I’ve ordered from this establishment many times (more than 10) and typically know what to expect. This experience was so bad I will never order from here again though I’ve always been a fan of the food. Let me start with this - a $3 delivery fee that nobody tells you about. (Never charged this before but apparently this time was different?) Ordered the same exact food as we usually do and it came with fries (which is an upcharge, it comes with chips for free). And it came with lettuce and tomato. (My friend is allergic and last time we ordered they asked if we would like the lettuce and tomato - this time they did not). On top EVERYTHING I just said - I called to ask the manager a few questions and his ACTUAL response was “it’s always been that way, I’m sorry.” I understand making a mistake and I wasn’t even complaining, I was simply asking. Terrible, terrible, terrible experience at a place I’ve loved for so long. Don’t be...

Recently ate here, food is good and the staff is nice, but my friend found a piece of jet black hair in her wings. Quite literally embedded in her bbq wings. I noticed none of the workers were wearing hairnets. We let the server know and she grabbed a manager. Neither me or my friend have jet black hair and the manager was very obviously trying to be accusatory towards us. All we wanted was a refund, even a partial one would’ve been totally fine, but she was just making it seem like we were trying to argue with her. She told us to look in the back and see how there were no workers with long enough hair to fall in the food, and i make straight eye contact with a man with long black hair in a bun, no hairnet. I wasn’t really given a chance to explain because the way she was talking to us made us feel like we were in the wrong, when we genuinely were just letting them know. They offered a free dessert from...
