I moved to the area in October and due to COVID, I haven’t had the chance to explore many places. Since things have loosened up, a few friends and I decided to give this place a go as it’s close to where we live. This local watering hole is such a breath of fresh air and will be our new go to. This place isn’t some pretentious “new age” hipster joint where they garnish your drink with a burnt rosemary sprig and charge you $20 for the experience of drinking a mediocre, overpriced, and stupid cocktail. Instead, they support local breweries by having their beers on tap, they have outstanding service (thanks Genna), and their food menu is no frills, but everything is delicious. The crowd convenes over great music, great food, great people, and great drinks. Tom Fischer’s manages to be more than the sum of it’s parts.
