Nice, large park area. Many roomy pavillions there. Splendid views of the active waves coming in. Good parking all around. Many lighting fixtures are there, but most are broken. Several trash containers are present, but not emptied or maintained. A sidewalk runs along and through the area. Easy walking distance to the Agana-agatna Pillbox....

Homeless people all over. Doesn’t feel safe.
