If I could give no stars I would and here's why!

my order was placed at 8:16pm. the tracker didn't change from being prepared till after 9pm. I tried calling the store 2 times. first time I waited 5 minutes with no answer. second time I waited 8 minutes and still no answer. I had to call another store to find out what was going on. the other store called the manager and advised me to try calling again they may be busy. I did and after 3 minutes someone answered with a simple "domino's". I asked about my order, at this time it was 9:12pm, and they told me it was being remade, even though no one felt the need to let me know this even though it had been over an hour sense my order was placed, and that my food would leave the store in 20 minutes. I then get a notification that my driver has left the store at 9:42pm. 20 minutes pass and still no food. it is 10:02pm at this point and I get another notification that my driver is in my neighborhood. I wait another 10 minutes and finally my driver gets here. a total of little over 2 hours from start to finish. that is ridiculous!!!! I understand being busy but this is way beyond being busy. the only positive things about this whole experience is my food was semi hot and my driver was polite. Horrible just horrible!!! We have a Christmas Eve tradition of giving gift bags to the home-free & with the warmer weather this year we decided to park in the lot across Prospect from Dominos and distribute them on our bikes. There is no sign indicating this lot is at all affiliated with Dominos and the only posted sign says No Loitering - Police Enforced. After a couple hours of riding around town, we returned to the truck to grab a bite. Before I could even finish my apple, “the owner” of Dominos sent an employee out to tell us we had been there for 2 hours and needed to leave in 5 minutes. I explained that we had been gone that whole time but she insisted we were loitering right then, a mere moments after we got back. In that short time, we even considered Dominos for said bite to eat, but she made that a hard no pretty quickly. Despite her rude and hostile tone, we wished her a happy holiday and parked on the street. I can’t speak to the food quality, but the service and atmosphere certainly suck. IF that lot does in fact belong to Dominos (which I doubt considering it’s “police enforced”) and they don’t want people parking there, some more accurate signage is...

So our driver just left with our food. We asked for a discount or to receive the food for free because we waited 2 hours for it to be delivered. She never came back to the door to say yes or no just drove off. We called about the food 40 minutes before she showed up and they lied to us saying that Nathan was out with it and 2 other deliveries and then a female shows up with it. She actually told us that Nathan was supposed to bring it but he was getting off and they basically forgot about it. She then delivered 2 other orders before ours. I mean can we at least get a discount for your mistake? You would rather take the food and let it go to waste then make up for your mistakes. Whoever the manager is tonight is god awful and doesn’t know how to run a business.i work in a restaurant and I know mistakes happen but this was uncalled for. Sad your own employee...
