If I can give this location double 0 stars I would! This had to be one of the worst experiences ever at a fast food establishment! Alexis the manager should be fired, his customer service was extremely disturbing and disgraceful. Upon entering, I observed that the cashier was food handing while she was working the cash register. She was not wearing ANY gloves whatsoever. I then observed that no one but Alexis the manager was wearing gloves. There was a team member who was outside smoking a cigarette as we pulled up and he proceeded to return to work without washing his hands. He also was NOT wearing any gloves, how appalling! I decided not to order but proceeded to ask the cashier to speak to the manager. He had me waiting for over 5 minutes and only stopped to speak to another team member who was on break. I then said to him, oh so you can stop to speak to your friend but cannot stop to speak to a customer, how rude! He then attempted to lie and say that the cashier never alerted him to the fact that a customer was wanting to talk to him. This was clearly a lie because she alerted him twice and said his name which is how I was able to get his name. He then had a very dismissive and argumentative demeanor when he replied that the team members do not need to be wearing gloves! How absurd, I’ve never heard of team members handling food without the use of gloves! And furthermore coming back from break and not washing hands. I used to work in fast food, I know that this is not true! I said to him that I could have been a secret shopper, he replied that Wendy’s does not do secret shoppers. He never once apologized or acknowledged his wrongs, he just argued with me and was extremely rude and dismissive. I told him point blank that I would be reporting him to corporate and that I will ensure that I will tell everyone I know not to eat from there! Read moreI placed an order at the drive thru at 11pm on Sunday June 27th 2025 it was my first time ordering food and picking it up at the window I get there I get in line and go straight to the window I show her my cell phone that I have a mobile order and the woman who served me I don't know her name but she was a chubby young woman she spoke to me loudly and arrogantly she told me I had to get back in line and let the machine know I was there to pick up the order she didn't say it to me in a professional manner she should have told me next time that I had to stand at the machine let them know I arrived and pick up my order but she spoke loudly and wanted to embarrass me in front of her coworkers she told me to get back in line and place the order at the machine and she asked for my name and I gave it to her and she asked me something but I didn't understand her because I don't understand much English and oh I told her that I did She yells at me on the radio in a very racist way and tells me to come to the window, I approach and he gives me the food with a disturbing look so that I feel bad and in the end I say thank you and he scolds me with a loud voice (you're welcome), I will not eat there again, the employees are not professional, they treat you as if you were less than them and besides they gave me the food all thrown away and poorly wrapped in the bag.

Read moreLiterally every time I come to this Wendy’s it’s always the same thing. The last time was the absolute worst and I will never be returning. If I could give 0 stars I would. I literally sat and waited for over 30MINUTES just to place my order. I understand when your busy your busy but it’s literally the same thing every time at different hours of the day. After waiting to even place my order I get the the speaker and the lady tells me to hold on while they take 2 other cars order. Please ask me how long I waited just to place an order........40min. I proceeded to say hello see if I get a response and I was just told to wait which is completely ridiculous especially since you saw on the drive thru camera that I was ahead of them but I had to wait. The only reason why I even stayed that long was because I was literally boxed in by surrounding cars so I had no other choice but to just sit and wait for eternity just for some basic food.
