Verizon — Local services in Haines City

I had by far the best service here with Anthony. I live in Michigan and was in town on vacation and was interested in looking at some phones. When I walked in, Anthony greeted us very well and professional. When we sat down, my uncle and I noticed a sign that said something about trying to “wow” Us and thought it was funny because we've never had any luck having a good time at a cellular store; employees are rude and always have zero patience with questions. But Anthony, by far, was the complete opposite; we were there for a few hours, unfortunately, but kept helping with my questions and my uncle's questions until he knew we understood what he was saying. We both left that store wowed and impressed with everything that happened. Although after our vacation, my uncle went to a store in NC to buy a new phone and had the opposite experience we had in Florida and left the store in shock to the stark contrast. I also went to a store in Michigan to help my grandmother start a new plan with Verizon and left very disappointed and wishing we could’ve flown down to Florida to have Anthony help us. Yesterday I switched from T-Mobile to Verizon, and I am so glad I did! When I first went to the T-Mobile store in front of Posner in Davenport, the employees didn’t seem to have time to help me. I left feeling frustrated—but everything turned around when I stopped by Verizon on Hwy 27 in Haines City.

Patrick at Verizon gave me the BEST experience I’ve ever had at a phone store. He worked out an amazing deal for me on 3 iPhones and 1 iPad, and he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Patrick patiently explained every detail about how the devices work, personally set up all three phones and the iPad, and didn’t let me leave until everything was perfect.

What impressed me most was his dedication—Patrick stayed late even though I was the last customer, never rushed me, and made sure everything was done right. His professionalism, kindness, and customer service are unmatched.

My husband and I had a great experience at this store location. I had just received my new iPhone 14 and spent around 8 hours on the phone off and on the day before with a customer service rep at Verizon help center. By the time I walked into this store location I was slightly annoyed. My husband and I had zero phone service except to make an emergency call for over 24 hours. He uses his phone for work and had already missed numerous calls. I was honestly ready to drop Verizon and give the new phone back. We sat with Jan and I have to say I was impressed! He had both our phones working correctly within minutes. The solution was genius in my opinion. He figured out why our phones got crossed and fixed the issue that a previous Verizon phone representative had created. This will definitely be my go to store for any problems.
