Worst customer service I ever accounted by any associate in10+ years of shopping at HF by Caterina. When I walked in for one particular item I seen her and another associate standing talking I went looking for my item, searched the whole store no luck. I then went to their aisle as I stood behind Caterina facing the other associate the two associates continued their conversation. I stood waiting for a break where I could politely ask a question. A third associate walks up and asks me if I needed anything, Catrina then tells me aisle 3 didn't offer to show me didn't explain where on aisle 3, she just continued her conversation. I couldn't find it after 2 views of the aisle, as I was leaving I thanked the three fir the great customer service as they were still talking in the same spot. I highly recommend you go and check out your local Harbor freight store. I love shopping here. They have a bit of any kind of tool you may need at a very great price. The Haines city Harbor freight staff are very helpful. I’ve shopped here on numerous occasions and am always pleased with the great deals they have. I received my free bucket this weekend with my purchase of $25 and over. I love the ramps I purchased for my vehicle. While I am no professional mechanic, these ramps were exactly what I was looking for. They are very light weight, easy to store, and seem very durable. (I’ll keep you all posted on their durability) I tried them out on both cement and dirt and they stayed in place. (Please don’t mind my dirty car lol)

Harbor freight selld good tools. As for the warranty on lifetime this store does not care to help. I had an issue with my toolbox broken and nolonger shuts my tools will go everywhere everytime I put them in the car. As a mobile mechanic this was very inconvenient and started losing tools. All I wanted was the botlx replaced and they will not help me. Contacted customer service and 3 different associates dod not understand why I had an issue. Sent me an email to be able to replaced the box and still they will not exchange it for me. As recommended by customer service i contacted another store and they replaced the box for me no questions From now on its the only store I go to even thought the heines city store is only 5...
