Bad Subpar Ma & Pa restaurant! POOR Quality overpriced food! Don't believe the good reviews they are all fake! Federal Trade Commission, which “put hundreds of businesses on notice about fake reviews should add this business to that list! Not right to fool & cheat customers like this!: Ordered the Lasagna and the Chicken Parmagian and they were horrible and I could not eat them. I PAID $40.00 FOR THIS VERY BAD FOOD! Not restaurant for value meals, avoid at all cost! Not nearly even close in taste to Burger King when they brought back its inexpensive Original Italian Chicken Sandwich. AT LEAST AT BURGER KING IT WAS EDIBLE!
Read below all the truthfull Red flags why to avoid this restaurant. They do not have the talent to cook food properly. Just about the worst restaurant I ever been to.
Don't pay for your food before actually trying it and you will see I was right. PROBABLY want you to pay before you get your food. A regular restaurant normally only expects payment after you eat it. But since they serve bad food they will not do this. This is not supposed to be a fast food restaurant. Then walk out if they do not and go to a normal restaurant not trying to rip you off!
The man owner said he would refund my money if I went back to him but his nasty wife refused to give my money back or remake the very bad food.To go back on their word is unacceptable! Domino's when I had a bad Pizza refunded my money right away and I had credit back the next day. Be smart don't buy from these dishonest crooks.
Tasted like they used fake cheese and pasta was not freshly made LIKE THEY SAID and the sauce tasted like out of a cheap jar from a Supermarket which they hardly gave any sauce anyway. Not nearly as good as a frozen TV dinner! The garlic bread was not fresh and was overcooked and badly burnt (not good like OLIVE garden). Even their expensive brownies were lousy.
I brought the food back to them and here are the Photos that showed I did not eat it and how disgusting the food looked and they then refused to issue me any credit. Dont waste your money or time eating here.
My dispute from this dishonest restaurant I had put in I already got my money back with my credit card company for this horrible food they gave me. Not even an authentic Italian restaurant. They do not even make pizza or have a professional commercial stove, that is essential equipment in any professional kitchen. These versatile appliances are designed to handle various cooking tasks, making them a crucial component for chefs to cook food properly.
Don't trust this dishonest restaurant. Also dont fall for their act and feel sorry for them not nice people. After I wanted my money back for the bad food, they called the Police on me to get me out of there so others could not hear about my legitimate complaints about their bad over priced food. Also the place was just about empty because once you go there you never want to come back again. They are weird and there has to be something seriously wrong with them. Dont let them trick you. Definitely a tourist trap stay away. You will be very sorry if you still go there.
Again, the good reviews are all fake! A federal rule banning fake online reviews is now in effect. The Federal Trade Commission issued the rule in August banning the sale or purchase of online reviews. The rule, which went into effect Monday, allows the agency to seek civil penalties against those who knowingly violate it....
Read moreDuring our visit to the Orlando area, we wanted to enjoy something different from the typical fast food options we have back in North Central Florida. We decided on pasta and opted for takeout since we had our pets in the car. A quick Google search for “Pasta to go” led us to Zoey’s, and after checking out their menu and prices online, we were intrigued by the variety and positive reviews.
I’m happy to report that we were not disappointed! Zoey’s has a charming atmosphere that is fun, clean, and inviting. The employees were incredibly friendly and down-to-earth, and the process of making the pasta right in front of us was a nice touch. You get to choose your pasta, sauce, and toppings, which adds to the experience.
The prices were reasonable, with the Chicken Alfredo priced at $10.99, and it comes with a small wedge of garlic bread. Just a heads up: the toppings can add up quickly, so it's wise to keep an eye on that.
Initially, I was unsure if the portion size justified the $10.99 price, but I soon realized it was just right. They offer great options for topping your pasta, including chopped basil, cheese, and breadcrumbs.
As someone who absolutely loves Alfredo sauce but is quite picky about how it’s made, I was thrilled with my meal. The pasta was cooked to perfection, and the Alfredo sauce was delicious—much like my own homemade version. The diced chicken was flavorful and well-prepared. My companions also enjoyed their pasta; one had Chicken Alfredo with broccoli, while the other went for Shrimp Alfredo. Both said they would happily eat here again!
I’m giving this takeout restaurant a well-deserved 5 stars because everything was incredibly good, the prices were decent, and I believe that locally owned restaurants should be recognized.
Regrettably, I didn’t take any pictures, but trust me, you won’t want to miss out...
Read moreI've been seeing there sign for a while and we finally went to try it. OMG!!! Well nothing but amazed. First look was quaint, very nicely decorated in a home Italian feel (even pillows on bench seats), very clean, loved their little outdoor picnic tables and umbrellas even. Then we ordered the food.... Again I was amazed. I really wish I took a photo to share with you but all I had was a wiped clean bowl with a little sauce left. I prefer the "Build Your Own Pasta Bowl". 1st of all I never get that at a restaurant at least I haven't found one other than a few quick service places at a food court. I ordered it loaded with multi veggies. Penne pasta, red sauce and chicken. EVERYTHING OF HOME MADE FROM SCRATCH AND "FRESH"!!!!!!!! Again OMG! It was amazing tasting! No gimmicks no frozen all fresh ingredients! Even my husbands chicken Parmesan, the mozzarella was fresh and melted perfectly! We were wondering why the family next to us want talking just eating, well we found out why. We finished and said "now I wish we tried their meatballs". Well she told us as well "everything is made fresh with fresh ingredients and even our meatballs. The lasagna is different and made with different types of cheeses than a normal one." We had to reply and tell her we were just talking about that. My family makes lasagna with 8 cheeses ourselves and ends up weighing at 30lbs (Italian e doing do small) .... So now when we go back is the meatballs and lasagna.
You have got to try this home town, local and "fresh" new place!!!! I mean it, you won't be disappointed. From one Italian to another I...
