Today we needed to buy a mattress! Our mattress was over 12 years old, and today (this weekend being Memorial Day) we knew there would be some great sales! We were going to go to Rooms to Go because of their sale! However, we didn’t want to travel all the way up I4! We decided to go to Mattress Firm! We walked in and were greeted by the 2 employees in the store! Alex told us he will help us, he just said, please walk around, sit, lay in the beds and he will be right with us! Alex came to us, he introduced himself (I hate when sales people just bombard you when you go into a store like this) but, he was not like that! Alex asked us a few simple questions to match up to our perfect bed. He then proceeded to show us the bed we were matched to! Alex explained everything in detail about this bed, about its pros and tried to see if we had any cons on it! I asked to see another bed comparable to it! He showed us 3 other beds! In the end, we were tossed between 2 beds! Alex then proceeded to tell the differences between the 2! We ended up buying a Tempurpedic bed, frame, mattress protector! For something we only wanted to spend $1,000 we absolutely loved the bed we tried out and figured this was going to be a 10 year investment so, we ended up spending just shy of $8,000! Alex went above and beyond! His professional demeanor and his knowledge is what made/makes him a an excellent salesman! Went this weekend to buy a mattress for myself and an adjustable bed for my father. The service inside the store was good spend close to 2K between the both of us. Delivery set for the next day for us both. When they did the delivery for my dad, who is almost an 80 year old man, newly widowed and living alone, the delivery gentlemen decided while putting his bed together to go threw his drawers and steal his wallet. His wallet is his life which contained EVERYTHING!!! They took everything from it. Made thousands of dollars in charges on his credit cards and stole thousands of dollars cash. I am not lying or embellishing at all. These individuals are still working for the company and need to be fired and put in jail. All we want is my fathers belongings back. Don’t trust this company’s delivery service. They will rob you blind. They’re disgusting and should be ashamed. Lots of red tape with their company and policies when dealing with stolen goods from the home due to their employees robbing it. Working with law enforcement to bring justice for my father. I went in here with my grown kids as they were looking for a new bed. They've already checked out a few places and we're looking for someplace better. I've had good luck with this company in the past in various locations so we figured we'd stop in and give them a try. I'm not sure if it makes a difference that this one is labeled a clearance center, but we were quite satisfied with the service we were received. We stopped in and did a little looking around till the gentleman was off the phone and came to talk to us. He talked with them about their interests and how they slept, and then started showing some of the different mattresses to try out. We all discussed things a bit after each one and they had quite a few to choose from. We decided not to make a decision on the spot, but more likely wait for an upcoming sale. There was a big difference in prices on the quality you might want, but there was comfort in line on all the choices.
