Will never order from this place again, I suggest if you are looking for good food and good customer service go somewhere else. I ordered about $80 worth of food (which I find highly priced for Chinese food) 4 of those orders were general tso’s chicken all extremely spicy, I generally enjoy spicy foods but this was to the point where it makes your hairs stick up, I went back to the restaurant to change these orders and the lady was ok about it but the guy who cooked it came up and kept telling me it was just a little spicy the lady had to say a few words in Chinese and wave him off. When they prepared my orders the way I originally wanted them the guy comes up front and starts arguing again and waves me off and tells me they are very busy at that point I was very close to slapping the food across his face and asking for my money back, I took the orders but will not be eating it also my order of sesame seed chicken had a small hair in it. This was my first and last time ever ordering from here and only reason I ordered from here was because the hurricane cut the power to the Chinese restaurant right by my house, I have never felt so disrespected in a place where I spent my hard earned money to get a decent (or so I...
Read moreWhy is it so difficult to find pleasant service in a Chinese restaurant? I have been giving them a few chances over the years. One time the young man working was friendly. Once. Even the American guy they had (maybe still have) working there was not that friendly. I called him to do a phone order and had the phone call abruptly ended with an "ok" and then . You go to see him in person and there is zero personality or courtesy. I understand that the Chinese culture is a bit of a brusque one, but it is no excuse. At this point, shouldn't these owners be in their third or second generation and have some sense of common courtesy? "Please" and "Thank you" and "Come Again" take no time at all regardless of how busy you are. Same goes with a smile. I miss Ms. Elsie and her Greanleaf Chinese restaurant that was where the welcome center is sitting now. She was amazing and ran a...
Read moreI just had a terrible experience with QQ To Go. I ordered some food for delivery. One full hour later I received a call from the to-go driver who was yelling at me, saying that he could not find my house and that he had "called me 50 times"... My phone was next to me and I only received that one call, so I don't know what that was about. My house had the porch light on and is not particularly hard to find. The lady who took my order on the phone was nice enough; the extremely rude behavior of the delivery driver is just inexcusable... I won't be ordering delivery from this place again.
Edit: I am revising this review because the guy called back and ended up actually delivering the food, and it was pretty delicious. Overall, I wouldn't mind getting food from here again, because it does taste good, but I probably won't get delivery again, I'll probably just go pick it...
