I ordered three sandwiches and made them meals through the SUBWAY® app for delivery. I received my three sandwiches, but I did not receive any of the drinks or any of the sides. When I tried to call the store to correct it. Nobody answered the phone, but when DoorDash called them, they answered, I reached out to corporate and an area supervisor by the name of Arturo Bowen responded to me two days ago asking for more information for the refund of the things I did not receive . I sent him a copy of my receipt. I sent him the last four digits of my card number use, which was on the receipt anyways and my email associated with my account and my name like he asked. Have not received a response or a refund. Not to mention this is not the first time that this has happened. This is the third time from the same location I don’t understand where customer service has gone wrong since we came back from lockdown nobody knows how to talk to anybody or greet anybody or fix anything. Worst experience, including the area supervisor and that number on the bottom the receipt that says if it was not so great call me and I’ll fix it. Read moreWent on day of new fresh subs went at 10 am you get a free 6 inch sub which there were for people getting so i get in line for six inch turkey new supposedly and also wanted to see how the supposedly new steak and cheese would be but as i look at the supposedly new ingredients i see a container of the most disgusting brown lettuce i have seen this was lettuce I threw out in my restaurant in the eighties and whitish green looking tomatoes so how can you build a new refreshed sandwich, you can't just spinach leaves bacon and onion and the most bland guacamole you have tasted the bread was no different they can say they changed but they haven't and new steak forget it salty as can be and the new tasteless mozzarella then they tell me to go online for survey to tell them how good they changed and i did told how training you would never see ingredients like that ever and the answer they gave me was the staff is sorry and he is sorry they raised prices and tells me looks forward to me trying them again not offering me anything for the disgusting food i ate just spent $12 without chips and drink if turkey sub wasn't free it would of been over 20 bucks. ....

Now he decided to tell me my total was $20.09. I ask if he’s sure because the computer said $18.78. He rudely reads my order and repeated the $20.09 total. I give him another dollar and he gives me the change. I ask for the receipt. He seemed annoyed as he snatched it off the line of receipts. I looked at it quickly and realized the $18.78 was before tax. I tell him thank you. Then he just stared at me. I say Thank You again and a little louder, then he slammed the window closed. Almost immediately I get my order (which is very impressive at this Subway because they are always slow.) I pulled around front and figured I would give immediate feedback.
