I came here for my 12yo daughters birthday for her and I to get mani (with acrylics) and pedicures. Ended up spending almost 6hrs there which kinda threw off our whole girls day to celebrate by hrs. I came in and said we both wanted acrylics but foe my daughters to be shorter. I gave pictures for reference and mentioned I wanted black nails with maybe some dark blue to match my hair. The one guy ended up doing gel overlay with black but then ended up doing what he said was a cat eye design...it was just glitter with blues and yellows. Now, I will say I should have spoken up but I never get my nails done and ended up kind of confused on what was going on. When I went to get the pedicure, I noticed clumps of gel under my nail and said something. They wanted him to redo it but I asked for a different tech to fix it. She did a lot better and listened. Only down fall, at home I'm noticing a few spots missed and some possible damage to the clear coat on one nail. Both my daughter and I have some sore spots and cuts from the drills. I still ended up paying about $250. It really sucks this was my daughters first experience with getting her nails done and especially sucks it was for her birthday. I heard while there it's completely new owners as of this past Friday (today is 7/16 Tuesday) so maybe that's why my experience today is a lot different the...
Read moreDonna was the best nail technician there. She serviced me and then serviced my daughter's nails after one of the other technicians botched up her full set. Tina kept interrupting Donna as she was trying to apply my polish without any regard for error. The other "so called" Manager was very unprofessional and from the start did not apply the tips correctly leaving gaps and glue on my daughter's fingers. She had to soak them off and we requested Donna to correct her work. Our 1st experience there was not good. Who doesn't use toe separators when polishing? Roland was great on the pedicure but didn't apply polish. That's when the manager stepped in but could've avoided reapplying polish. She had a horrible attitude towards my daughter which I found very disturbing. I couldn't believe Tina asked Donna to charge me an extra $5 for the length of my natural nails after I brought it to her attention that she shouldn't be touching her while she's applying polish. The unprofessionalism from those two technicians was very uneasy. We noticed that one customer had to come back and get her nails polished again on work from Tina that she wasn't satisfied with and another lady sitting there complaining about something else. After 4 hours there, I want to thank Donna for saving the day but not after experiencing such bad service and attitude from the other...
Read moreI wanted to give it zero stars really I went there and had the nail technician Carmen and 3 days later I had to go back to fix my nails from my gel nail polish co.ing off as she called it from not drying properly so she had to take off the nail polish completely from all my nails so I asked her if I could have the color different for I didn't want the same thing to happen perhaps it maybe being the nail polish she told me no it would be 15 dollars if I wanted to do so, I paid 65 dollars prior to do my nails I had to go back fix her missing and she wanted to charge me 15 dollars to change the color she was extremely rude, nasty and full of attitude. Thee service was horrible beyond d belief her and the other Spanish lady with tattoos on her arms were talking about me in the back which was very rude. I don't advise if anyone chooses to set foot in there do not go to these ladies they are beyond d rude, greedy and their work is horrible a waste...
