So I’ve been going here for quite awhile and I noticed that the staff changed quite a bit. When I asked why they left, they specifically said that they didn’t want to deal with the horrible district management, poor uncompetitive pay (and many benefits they are technically unable to use), and the poor protection the company gives to their employees. I’ve been to many other stores where it is norm to wear the mask and follow procedures, but at this store specifically, I have never seen such rude customers! No wonder many of the employees look so unenthusiastic about working there! They do nothing but complain, and when they try to connect, they get looked at as if they are nothing more than dirt! I was thinking about encouraging my daughter to work there, but I would not subject my daughter to such terrible treatment! To those employees working through the awful treatment, poor pay, and hard work, kudos to you and thank you for doing what you do! I don’t think I could be paid as little as you do to be yelled at, worked with such little staff, and attempt to connect to these customers every day only to get snapped back. Read moreI have been a loyal customer of this location for 7 years, it has always been quick and full of great employees. I moved out of state for 11 months and came back this summer to an entirely different store. The (all new) employees are extremely slow and seem to have no concept of timeliness. I no longer can order at the drive through due to such long wait times even with one or no cars ahead of me. This week has been the worst I have ever seen this location. 27+ minute wait times in person TWICE after I arrived for a mobile ordered drink- which actually means my drink took over 37 or so minutes. There is little to no strategy with the orders coming out. Giving a family of 3 one drink, then handing out a few other peoples, only to hand the family their last two drinks 20+ min later.. not only is that poor customer service but it clogs the waiting area to well over a dozen people easily. I watched many people say “I’m going to McDonald’s” the minute they saw the cluster that was the inside of the store. Super sad to see this go so down hill in such...
Read moreI order in the drive thru and order 1 large Iced Coffee on July 3rd then when I got to the window an Asian girl greeted me.. mind me I just had a spray tan done which made my face very very dark, which doesn't stay that way.. at the end of the day it lightens up after a shower.. well I heard her say to the girl look look at her face then laughed... then the girl making drinks eventually turned to look but was doing it discreetly but I knew what she was doing... anyway... I paid and even tipped and once she handed my drink, and I was pulling away slowly, she busted out laughing very loud.... that was so unprofessional and disrespectful.. made me feel awful and was very hurtful... I will NOT go back to that location again even though I tan right...
