Fish Wife Sweets recently did all the desserts for my daughter's bat mitzvah party at Long Branch Farms. She was a dream to work with! We had a western theme and we brainstormed flavors for a pie and cobbler bar for the event. It was a highlight of the evening! We had individual cherry, olallieberry and peach pies, and lemon, brownie and caramel apple cobbler bars. Everything was SO good! She also made a smash cake for my 4 year old niece whose birthday was that day. It was great to be able to brainstorm and customize everything to get just what we wanted. Moriah from Fishwife baked my wedding cake (in addition to an array of other desserts for the wedding). This turned out to be one of the best decisions we made! Our guests wouldn't stop raving about how delicious the cake was, and all of the pastries were eagerly eaten.

Throughout the entire planning process, Moriah was incredibly kind and generous. She let us taste all the different flavor conversations and pick exactly what we wanted.She even worked with our florist to decorate the cake so that it looked like all the other decor!

Yes, the bakery/shop is of course fantastic. Rotating a variety of flavors- cookies, cupcakes, bars, etc. But my favorite has been the custom order and specialty cakes. Cannot recommend Fish Wife enough. The s’mores cake is so good, I got it for my daughter’s birthday 2 years in a row and caught myself eating the crumbs off the cake plate after my guests devoured the entire thing!
