Rude barista & average coffee.

I came in with high expectations considering the great reviews this place had. Not only was the service terrible but my coffee both iced and hot tasted like milk. I asked the cashier if they had a straw, and she kindly said “no” and asked around to confirm. But the barista making our drinks (glasses. blue hat, piercings) followed that with a loud indirect, disrespectful, and insulting comment -“we are too close to the ocean to carry straws”. We left shocked and embarrassed. We asked the restaurant next door for a straw and we were politely given a paper straw. As someone who has worked in customer service and patient care, the way your employees treat your customers impacts your business 100% more than the quality of your products. We are frequent visitors to HMB and we love to find hidden gems of coffee spots. I checked out the reviews on Rebyl and was pretty excited to give them a try. The customer service was great, the baristas were friendly and talkative and even recommended certain area trails to try. The coffee and tea I ordered were great! I ordered a breve latte and it was robust and smooth and the tea was an herbal peppermint tea that was warm and inviting. We will definitely be coming back on...

Rebyl has amazing quality produce and delicious coffee and tea beverages! The whole staff is really kind, and they take the time to get to know your name and your order. They have a grocery ordering service where you can buy local meats, fish, eggs, produce, and pantry items. All great quality and delicious!
