Short story: Get your pizza fix somehwere else.
I usually dont wroye reviews but this set a new low. On my way back home and with little desire to cook I thought, I would give domino's to change up a bit from always going to Papa Johns. What a mistake. First the service was terrible, I didn't get the name but the attendant that was there on the night 12/21 was the rudest and nastiest person to ever serve me in a long time, despite I treated and addressed her politely (like I always do to anyone). Aside from being snappy and un-cordial, she asked to see my credit card, I provided it and noticed she was doing it manually(despite there being POS terminals on the customers side), she then handed me the card back and asked for the 3 rear digits. I asked why and she answered by saying "do you want the pizza?" I politely explained that I was weary because becuse just 2 weeks ago I had the info stolen at another chain store with a similar pretext. She then went on a hight tone full defense on how dare I acuse her of theft and that I shouldn't assume things from her. I explained that as a customer I have the right to ask and she snapped back with "you dont hve the right to assume, the system is broke". Quite bothered I grabbed my pizza and left, forgetting to collect the receipt. I thought despite the indigestion inducing argument I would have decent and as per the instructions well done pizza, I was mistken...3 bites into my first slice I though I was chewing mozzarella, kept chewing only to encounter the unpalatable taste of raw dough. Flavor and toppings wise it was great, but the staff made it a no return for me. Maybe I'll give it a shot at another better...

I ordered a large thin crust cheese pizza and a garlic dipping sauce. When the delivery person rang the doorbell I came to the door immediately and saw the pizza on the doorstep while the delivery person drove away. I opened the pizza box to find a pizza slice eaten and the garlic dipping sauce missing. I called the store to let them know what happened, and they told me to throw the pizza away and that they would send me a new one. After an hour I called asking where the pizza was and they said the delivery guy said he didn’t eat a slice, so they weren’t going to send a new pizza anymore. After reminding them they told me to throw the original pizza away, they agreed once again to send me a new pizza. A new pizza finally arrived at 9:45pm (original order was at 7:12pm), and the garlic dipping sauce was still missing even though I asked them to make sure to include the dipping sauce I bought 3 times over the phone. When I called the store again to discuss the missing garlic dipping sauce, they said they would only send the driver my way for the dipping sauce if there was a separate delivery in my area. They then offered to refund me the garlic dipping sauce and when I asked if I would get an email confirmation of the refund, they said yes. When I asked what email they gave on file, they hung up on me. After more than 2.5 hours I finally have a pizza I ordered and still have no dipping sauce or refund confirmation. Read moreMy 1 star goes towards the owner of the franchise, NOT towards the single worker who is in charge of literally everything in the store. The owners of this franchise are abusing their workers by over-working them and making a single worker in charge of things that should be done by SEVERAL workers. I guess the owners don’t understand that any type of establishment cannot be ran by a single person. Anyways, I ordered a pizza for delivery and after realizing it was taking longer than expected, I decided to show up to their location and kindly ask for a refund. When I arrived I noticed that it was just a single young man who was completely running the store on his own. He was making the pizzas, answering very angry phone calls from unhappy customers, and on top of it all- he was the only delivery driver. I believe that he is the manager who works nights. He was extremely kind; I completely understand why orders take longer than usual. They are completely understaffed. I genuinely feel for him because what the owners of this place are doing is very wrong. They need to do a better job at finding workers. I hope conditions get better because it made me very upset seeing the level of stress that this poor worker was enduring. If you are planning on ordering from this place, it’s best if you order carry-out because there are obvious issues with their delivery option. And always remember to treat workers with kindness and respect because it is really not their fault that things are the...
