Dollar Tree — Local services in Hallandale Beach

I would absolutely give ZERO STARS if that were an option. It seems that I have the same issues with this store as others clearly do. The cashier IDA was so rude. I said hello, NOTHING from her, I said have a great day NOTHING from her, she practically threw my change at me, didn't give all my bags to me, not even a thank you...nothing! I said something to the other cashier, and she was as if who cares it wasn't me. I immediately get in my car and call the store to speak to the manager, someone answered the phone after calling a second time. I asked to speak to the manager whoever answered the phone said, oh the manager, and put me on hold for over 6 minutes. I knew the manager was never informed, so I hung up! In today times where you can choose to go and spend your money anywhere, especially now where there are Dollar Tree's everywhere. I will never step foot back in this store. Not only are the employees rude the place is disgustingly dirty and the icing on the cake is that the prices are now $1.25 which doesn't even make what I purchased worth the horrible treatment! Take a little pride in your job, remember this you chose to work...

Lack of customer service and no interest to help. I needed to buy balloons for a special occasion, but one of the employees with no intention to help, informed me there was no helium and I need to choose from already inflated and walked away. It took me a while to find the ones I liked, and one of the balloons was high for me to reach. I took few unsuccessful attempts, then tried to step up on box to reach the balloon while she was observing me. Few minutes later, she stepped towards accusing me for my actions ,but didn’t offer any help. I asked if someone can help me out or if I can have a step stool and she replied back to me that she doesn’t have a ladder and there is no one to help me to reach the balloon . I made a decision to walk away and drive to another location to get balloons. Eastern Shores store was happy to assist me the moment I stepped in. I found everthing I needed, store was fairly clean. The problem was the staff. One of the cashiers went on break and did not turn her light off to indicate that her register was closed, and no other register had their light on. So my bf and I stood in her line, mean while another register was open, but no light indicator. Then the lady screamed to us and said she's on break.... Fine, so we went to the other register and checked out, we had so much groceries and needed the cart. The man at the register asked the other female cashier if she would let us out with the cart and she yelled out that she was at lunch. As we were waiting for someone at the door to let us out with the cart, this female cashier was taking her sweet time walking over to us, we were so fed up me and my bf just took out all of are stuff and walked it to our car. The staff is very unprofessional...
