So we came back and the flavor in the food is there. But today the service definitely slacked. Our server was Tatiana I believe that was her (blonde lady). We had to get a high chair ourselves and wipe it down. We came in for the specials. My hubby ordered the gyro bowl and asked for sauce on the side and it came with the sauce all over it so we had to send it back because he despises mayo. Then I had to waive down our waitress and asked about the salmon bowl thinking it was on the specials as well. It wasn’t and it was $30 which is very pricey for the size of the salmon. Our waitress didn’t let it wasn’t on special which I feel she should have specially since we didn’t have a menu in front of us and then she never came back. Not sure if her shift ended and she went home or what but she just disappeared. This was very out of budget for us for lunch. We definitely will think again before coming back. The restaurant ambiance was clean but the bathrooms are so dark and smell of cigarettes. This honestly left such a bad taste which is unfortunate since our first experience here was a good one. The waitress who came in half way through our meal ended up reaching out to the manager which didn’t they didn’t do anything. I feel that was poor hospitality...

We made a reservation for 7:15 PM on Valentine’s night, but from the moment we walked in, the experience was disappointing. Before even greeting us, the host immediately informed us of a 90-minute dining limit, which we understand given the holiday, but the delivery came off as abrupt and unfriendly.

Once seated, we were handed menus, but no one came to take our drink or appetizer orders for 15 minutes. What made this even more frustrating was that a group of eight who arrived after us had their orders taken before ours, as did a couple seated next to us. When our appetizers finally arrived, the food was good, but we then sat for another 20 minutes before anyone asked if we wanted to order entrées. At that point, my husband and son were so frustrated that we decided to skip straight to dessert.

To make matters worse, everything we ordered was mistakenly brought to the couple next to us first. Meanwhile, the staff continuously checked on other tables but seemed to completely overlook us. The service felt dismissive and disrespectful.

I visited this restaurant hoping for a great experience, and while the food did not disappoint, the service was absolutely terrible. Our server, David D., was incredibly inattentive and unprofessional. From the moment we sat down, he seemed disinterested and rushed, barely acknowledging us when we placed our order.

The biggest issue came when we requested extra sauce—it took forever to arrive. We had to remind him multiple times, and each time he either ignored us or gave a dismissive response. By the time we finally got it, our food was already cold, making the whole meal frustrating.

What made it even worse was that the service charge was already included in the bill. With such poor service, this felt like a complete rip-off. Normally, a service charge reflects a certain level of attentiveness, but in this case, we were left waiting, ignored, and disappointed.

If you’re coming here, be prepared for good food but the worst service imaginable. I wouldn’t return unless they make serious changes to their staff, especially when it comes to basic hospitality and...
