Make sure to check your bags before you leave the store. We went inside the restaurant to order, and tried to use our code to redeem 4500 points for some fries. We ordered that with 2 double cheeseburgers ($3.50 each)with bacon, 2 hot n spicy mcchickens, and a large drink. When we saw the total, it included the price of the fries. We asked to have the cashier use our points, which he said there was something going on with the system and went to get the manager. She told us the code which we had given to the cashier was "only for the drive through" and we were out our points. The cashier never brought this up to us the entire time through the transaction. The manager insisted we pay for the fries instead, and we had to argue to get our free fries, which we used our points for! After some back and forth, she finally allowed the cashier to discount the fries from the total, also commenting "I don't have time for this". When we had opened the "double cheeseburgers", we discovered it was only a single patty, with no bacon. My fiancé asked to simply have them cook some bacon and bring it to us so we could put it on our burgers ourselves. They sent another employee to come out and charge us for the bacon, which we had already paid for. It became a whole mess, arguing back and forth to just try to get the order we wanted, or at very least paid for. When we finally got it handled, we started to leave the restaurant. I checked the receipt, and noticed they charged us for an upsize drink on one "meal" and an additional charge for another large drink. We weren't even given our cups. We went back in to get our drinks, and they were going to give us the three on the receipt. The issue with this was that 1, we only wanted two, and 2, we don't have enough room in our car. We simply asked for a refund for one of the drinks, which became another issue. The cashiers couldn't do it themselves, and had the manager come out again to help them. She came out and had a bad attitude, and finally refunded us some money back. Then she had the audacity to ask us to bring the burgers back to them. (Which I know for a fact they would have thrown in the trash)

Read moreOnly because I can’t rate a ZERO; HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE this morning! I mean.. worst EVER! Young staff was amazing and tried to be so helpful, but management is beyond awful! Long story (as short as possible): Ordered a #2 breakfast; sausage egg and cheese McMuffin.. order comes out, no egg. My husband (who NEVER complains) went to the counter to ask for egg. Girl takes his food to the back, comes out, goes straight to the register to CHARGE HIM for an egg. I politely ask, “why are you charging him for an egg that CAME WITH HIS BREAKFAST?” The young girl said “my manager said I had to.” To make a long story even shorter, after 20 minutes of waiting on said egg, the manager refused to speak with me and made the young girl PAY FOR THE EGG. Are you serious? Of course we took care of situation with the poor girl, but WHO DOES THIS?! My heart hurts for this young employee, and I’m more than furious at the management! Do better! While I usually don’t expect much from fast food, this particular branch really seems to be in need of a fresh start.The manager is friendly, which is a plus, but there were moments when their attitude came off as rude and unprofessional. It’s important for management to set a positive tone, and unfortunately, that wasn’t always the case here. I also noticed that many of the staff members aren’t bilingual, which made communication a bit tricky. On top of that, I observed them chatting about unrelated topics while on the job, which can be distracting and unprofessional in a busy environment.To make matters worse, my orders have been incorrect on several occasions, and the food I received didn’t seem fresh. It’s frustrating to wait over five minutes just to get my order taken, especially when I had to remind them I was waiting.I really think this location could benefit from a complete overhaul. Bringing in new staff and providing some solid training in customer service could make a huge difference.
