I don’t know why I continue to think this location will improve. The management was sent to another location to get it straightened out and now this one has gone to the dump. There’s only one person who works here that wears a smile and is friendly. Everyone else is rude and uncaring. I went this morning, I ordered a coffee (it was barely tolerable this time) a croissant sandwich and a donut (free donut for national donut day…props for that). Evidently whoever fixes the sandwich doesn’t know what a croissant is because it was on a bagel! A tough, horrible tasting bagel and did I mention it had one strip of bacon torn in half…seriously?! The toasted coconut donut was not toasted! WTH??!! The new management at this location needs some serious help! This used to be the best place for coffee and breakfast on the go in this area! Now it just sucks!!!
An addendum to my original post. Things got great….for a while. If I could take it down to no stars I would. Evidently there is new management and the one guy who ALWAYS got the order right and made the most amazing latte’s has been moved to another location to get it on the right track. I haven’t had the best coffee since he left but I could drink it, that is until today. It tastes like they heated up burned coffee in a microwave, poured in some milk and there is no flavoring as requested. This is probably my last trip to Dunkin!
I stop here almost every morning for coffee and a breakfast item. I have always had amazing service. The girl at the window was as sweet as she could be. I ordered an iced pumpkin spice latte without the whipped cream. She brought it to the window with whipped cream and I told her I wanted it without whipped cream. She told a girl fixing coffee that it was not supposed to have the whipped cream. The girl rolled her eyes took the coffee, scraped the whipped cream off put a lid on it and shook it up. Read moreGiving three stars only because of the fact when I do come here later in the day the service is fine and they get my drink right. On the other hand, whenever I come here in the morning between 4:40am - 5-15am (they open at 4:30am and should be ready to serve.) no one responds to the speaker and the door is locked but I can see someone inside setting up with headphones on. You can see there is someone at the speaker on the monitor very clearly. Literally watched the lady walk by it multiple times. This was the first incident about two weeks ago. I ordered on the app yesterday morning around 4:50am and me as well as another car waited at the speaker for about 7 mins. I went around to go in and door was locked. My coffee was literally made sitting on the counter but the lady refused to acknowledge me. I knocked loudly on the door multiple times as she just conveniently stayed with her back to me acting as if she did not see me. As I walked back to my car another employee was arriving and tried to act like she didn’t just pull up and see me knocking on the door. I told her what was going on and she tried to say as less as she can without looking at me and the lady inside opened the door for her immediately. I asked her “do you guys just pick and choose when you want to open?” And she said “it just depends” I’m sorry depends on what? Blows me away that the lady made my order so she knew I was coming and could see me on camera clear as day maybe even be able to hear me and didn’t have me pull around for the coffee I already paid for and she already made 😂 I would say management needs to handle this but based on other reviews and the lack of responses from the store it seems like the owner need to step in and handle things. I’ve had a very good experience with the location when I come later in the day after things are up and running but morning crew needs to be reviewed for sure! Read moreUpdate 12.21.2024: I ordered extra, extra cream cheese on my bagel. They charged me an extra $1.19 for it, which I’m ok with, had I actually received the extra cream cheese. This is why I rarely come here. Einstein Bros doesn’t even charge for the extra cream cheese I request, which is why I typically drive an extra 10 minutes and pay more money to get bagels from them. It was just too cold this morning. Reducing to a 1-star.
This morning I went through the drive-thru and ordered two bagels with cream cheese. When I got home, I opened the bagels to see there was barely any cream cheese on one side and none on the other. This was the same for the second bagel as well. This is not typical for this location as I’ve had these bagels multiple times. I tried calling them with the number listed on Google and it’s a recorded message with no option to leave a voicemail. There is no number listed on the receipt. So I drove back up there. The lady who appears to be in a lead position, looked at the picture I took and immediately offered to replace both bagels. She prepared them as they are usually prepared except they weren’t toasted (or lightly toasted as I ordered it) so the bagels were tough to chew. But other than that, I appreciated the quick resolution she provided and she was very nice and helpful.
