Title: Terrible Customer Service: Avoid This Place at All Costs
Rating: â ââââ
I recently had the misfortune of encountering one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. This establishment's abysmal service was evident in not just one, but three separate interactions I had with them. From a botched phone repair to a limited product selection and an appalling return experience, this place has shown a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I strongly advise against wasting your time and money here, and suggest looking elsewhere for your needs.
Firstly, I brought in my iPhone for a screen repair, hoping to have it fixed promptly and efficiently. Unfortunately, the repair only exacerbated the issue, as the screen stopped working altogether after their so-called service. Not only did they fail to address the initial problem, but they also managed to make it worse. The lack of expertise and attention to detail is simply unacceptable.
On a subsequent visit, I decided to purchase a product from this establishment, hoping for a reasonable selection to choose from. However, to my disappointment, their offerings were extremely limited. It felt as though they had no interest in catering to the diverse needs of their customers. This lack of variety and options demonstrates a complete disregard for customer preferences and requirements.
Lastly, I had to return a defective item I purchased, and this is where their customer service truly hit rock bottom. The staff members I interacted with during the return process were not only unhelpful but also incredibly rude. They showed no empathy or willingness to assist, making the whole experience incredibly frustrating. Eventually, I managed to exchange the product, but the hassle and disrespect I endured were simply unwarranted.
Based on these three experiences, I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment. Their phone repair service is unreliable, their product selection is severely lacking, and their customer service is abysmal. Save yourself the trouble and look for a more reputable and customer-oriented establishment. There are plenty of other options available that value your time, money, and...

I have a line running through my screen, and considering I had my laptop for years before it got cracked and needed repair, I feel that the new screen should have lasted longer. I haven't dropped my laptop or mistreated it so I can't see why this is happening. It's still very usable, just annoying, and I definitely wish I had gone elsewhere for the initial repair. Downgrading review.
I sure wish the customer service everyone is raving about was shown to me... I dropped my laptop off on a Friday because the screen was cracked and I also had some weird things going on where stuff was loading in the background and drop-downs didn't work (clearly I infected my poor laptop), the person working took down my info and promised to call me. Instead I had to call the next day when I was told they mixed me up with someone else who already authorized the repair so they did it to my laptop (I mean--I did intend on them fixing my screen but that still seems shady since then I'd be on the hook for something I didn't authorize), and then when I mentioned the potential virus or rootkit or whatever the guy on the phone acted like he had no idea what I was talking about but said he guessed they could look into it...then nothing (so they basically kept my laptop all weekend, which is whatever I guess, I really didn't need it) had to call on Monday for an update when they said they were running the scan. They did a fine job repairing the screen but my complaint is the $80 "virus removal" charge....for $80 they googled around for removal programs and left the tabs open on my browser for the program they found and didn't actually install anything from what I can see, in fact I have the same problem. So I may as well have taken $80 from the ATM and lit it on fire for all the good it did. But they did a fine job replacing the screen, so if you need screen repair and don't mind having to request updates yourself (since they won't actually call like they say they will apparently) go for it I guess...just don't bother with anything else as it's a waste of money. Sad because they are close by with glowing reviews, I wish I could have given a nice review...
Read moreI had heard good things about this place through my mother who got her phone screen fixed here, so when I read that they also worked on laptops I was happy. I decided to bring them my ACER TravelMate B3 (a 2 in 1 touch screen) with a broken screen and a replacement. About one day goes by they notify me that I got the wrong screen and they need to order a different screen, thatâs fine. Then the manager calls me at the end of the week and requested I bring up my charger to confirm the repair, thatâs fine my sister has to pick it up out of my car from work and bring it to them. The weekend goes by I talk with them Monday and hear that they havenât even installed the screen yet. I am getting a little upset by this point but I am still patient. I come in on Tuesday and the manager of the establishment comes out and says that he installed the screen and I brought him and it shorted out something in the previous computer and come out of the back trying to give me a same model computer without the touch screen and it also doesnât have the flip functionality. I had just finished paying after I figured this out, and he just said no refunds after I requested for him to just keep the computer and I would buy another one. He adamantly said it is not a different computer and once he double checked with my travelmate he doesnât say an apology of any sort and just offered to buy me a new laptop and to pick it up in one week in return with the one he gave me. Overall very frustrating to deal with the front desk lady I dealt with at the beginning assured me it would not cost more than $150 even if they did add to my screen and I ended up spending 165. I guess just bring your cellphone here. Overall very...
