I stumbled on this place about a year ago when my truck had a flat tire and I pulled in the parking lot waiting for road service. I had two of their breakfast tacos while sited and picked up 2 burritos for lunch. I really enjoyed the food and the service was good So I was excited when I was able to be back in that side of town again to pick up some more breakfast tacos and burritos. But it's not the same as it was a year ago we start with the organ process it's very confusing. I asked for three beans and cheese tacos, and they had to go back and ask if they could make bean and cheese tacos. After that fiasco I wanted a potato and chorizo burrito and was told they don't serve eggs after breakfast which was fine because I didn't want eggs. And I also ordered a chicken fajita burrito. I don't feel like I ordered anything out of the ordinary but it took nearly 18 minutes to get my food and several people pick theirs up after ordering after me. When I got home the food was decent but the same as my last visit and more confusing as there was egg on my potato and chorizo burrito. Overall I enjoyed some decent food but I don't know that I'll be back just because it's just too hard to try and work through all that and then still not get it...

I called to speak to manager was told he was not there that I could call back when he was there between the hours of 10am to 3pm the next day. I called the next say during that time frame, again he was not there so I left my information so he can call me. One day went by with no call from them so I called back again and was told he wasn't there to try the next day. Asked to speak to someone higher than him was told there is no one higher than him. Went into the store and he again was supposedly not there. Called again another day and again was not there. I wrote the company emails more than 5 times with no response. So is there not a manager there that can help me? It's ridiculous! So as of now I paid about $80 for 25 tacos and 1 drink!!!! Horrible customer service!!! Make sure to check yalls account after visiting...

Not only did they forget my flan (which is the ONLY reason I chose this option on doordash) they couldn't even get the burrito correct. I just wanted ground beef and beans and they put everything. The ONLY thing they managed to do correctly was put the extra cheese I paid for in a little bowl and do the beans/rice. I spent the last 4hrs looking forward to this meal for it to be wasted on their incompetence. If your so swamped you can't do orders correctly then don't do doordash/uber eats. It's not fair to the customers when the workers mess up. It's not just about the food, I paid money I worked hard for for nothing. On top of all this they just hung up on me when I tried to address the issue. I'm not wasting more money or starting my clock to drive over there and fix...
