I had long time without visit this restaurant chain and today was a worst experience. All time I give compliments to employees, bcuz I work in a fast restaurant too, but today I arrive and she (a manager) took my order and the order not appear in screen, so I ordered a whopper jr meal, with a side or mozzarella and the cheese jalapenos(she never mention to me they sold out the jalapeno), then pass to the 2nd window don't repeat my order and she doesn't give me my receipt so she gave my order and driving away I so they gave me a IMPOSSIBLE burguer meal, with mozzarella but not my jalapenos! So I return, and I told her they give me the wrong burger and charge me other things, so.i request print my receipt and she told me SHE CANNOT bcuz she hasn't paper this is against the law ok so y told her take it from this printer and gave me my receipt.she gave me a lot excuses and never gave me my freaking receipt also about my jalapenos WHY SHE DOESN'T TOLD ME THEY ARE SOLD OUT her job is tell costumers in DRIVETRU, BUT SHE CHARGED ANYWAY AND TOLD ME IS DIFFERENT THE MENU OUTSIDE FROM SHE HAS IN THE SCREEN AND BLAMING TO THE OTHER MANAGER BY HER MISTAKE AND SO RUDE WITH THE OTHERS EMPLOYEES AND THIS NOT RIGHT! They are back 1 being the worst Burger King ever. Someone needs to go in there and clean it all up. 9-2023 I have hated this location since the day it opened. They were rude and ALWAYS screwed the order up, but this morning we went and there was Ryan. He was, the most attentive and friendliest person ever. He restored my faith. I swore I'd never go back to this location but this has changed. Ryan made sure we knew the progress of the our order and that he knew exactly what we needed. I ordered through the drive-thru and the person who attended me was very rude. I asked for only one of the woppers without dressing and they put both "plain" with only meat and bread. I returned on 08/10/24 at 16:10 hrs to report what happened, and I was attended by a person named Carlos Márquez who identified himself as the manager. I explained what happened and he told me that he needed the hamburgers in order to give me new ones. He was very rude and simply didn't care about all the problems and bad times that your error generated for me.
