I just moved into this area recently where I was before I had Lisa’s and it was great chicken fresh got the okra fries and rolls fresh and hot the bean and cheese burrito great the chicken especially the wings were a nice size not regular small size larger that was in Fort Worth so now I’m in Haltom and I ordered them in this area and it got there real fast I ordered a big meal with drink 2 liter didn’t get that didn’t get jalepeno the okra looked and felt old like they had been sitting the chicken you can tell was not fresh like just made the fries tasted stale I called in about it they said to ask for refund on app so I did very disappointing so recently I decided to drive there I wanted to see if I should order from there or not when I got there I thought it was closed no cars there at all when your a good place and cook your food right people can’t wait to go to you I thought that was very odd walking in this big place with no one in there told a lot but they were very busy cooking a lot of chicken I don’t see anyone getting orders ready several teenagers walking around the one taking my order didn’t comprehend what I was saying at all so why is she at the register they didn’t speak or greet after I finally do my order before I’m even done paying they bring me a bag with my food I open while there because that makes non sense okra takes time they said it was fresh it didn’t feel or look fresh and I had then make it over I’m looking around the place looks old and not fresh nothing smells good it doesnt seem like they clean at this point I would rather go to McDonalds then there my friend went to their bathroom while I was ordering he said the bathroom. Was nasty filthy dirty not clean at all so I know if they don’t clean their bathrooms they don’t clean anywhere else including their hands the teenage boy took the fries with his bare hands and put it in the fryer and I called him out on that and asked why he did that and how gross and unsanitary that was he had a container to pour the fries in he grabbed them with his hand then put them in the container the are serving old chicken sitting there for who know how long i think the health department should be called just to make sure they clean up in there i would not be going back to that one no way no how im upset that I live by a...
Read moreI give up here. We decided to give Lisa’s another try today. In the past year or so every time we’ve ordered there something hasn’t been correct, has been cold, once my chicken was undercooked, the employee at the window is unfriendly. No smiles. Nothing. Today took the cake though. The order, 2 piece white, Mac & cheese, okra and a Coke. 5 tender meal, fries and Mac & cheese and sprite. Extra rolls. It comes out, 2 piece white, Mac & cheese and okra. Coke. 5 tenders, fries and a Coke. Extra rolls. We show her the tender box. It’s missing the Mac. She asked for the WHOLE BAG back. Ok. Whatever. Then it comes back out, 2 piece white, fries and Mac. 5 tenders and fries and Mac. So now I have no okra. Lest we forget, I said sprite above and 2 cokes came out. There is frequently a line at this establishment. I was over this and not going to impede the other patrons dinner so, we just left. What the hell happened to this place?! Last time we gave it a shot a few months ago, we threw it in the trash. Why can’t these employees, if a customer service job is what they choose, smile and not make the experience off putting? Read moreIf I could give less than a 1 star for an employee and manager, I would. Very unprofessional. China is so rude as well as the manager. I ordered 2 dinners from the Haltom City location and they were wrong. I tried to call back when I got home, and I called 11 times. Every time I got a busy signal. I called today and unfortunately got to talk with China. I explained to her that my order was wrong and she asked if I had saved the meals or took pictures. I then asked to talk to the manager and he said the same thing. What has happened to customer service in this world? He offered me a 20 % discount on our next visit. There will not be a next visit.
