I went from only getting Bear Claws from other donut shops and being mildly disappointed every time to going out of my way at least once weekly to consume the angelic pastries provided by the extremely polite and helpful donut wizards that staff this establishment. TRY. THESE. DONUTS. The glaze on these donuts must be a combination of the tears of baptized virgins and the loin nectar of some interdimensional unintelligible Lovecraftian being who is only capable of providing its ambrosial secretions to the workers of this establishment, because there is no other way to explain the amazing flavor of this shop's donuts. Drive across town. Get plane tickets. Skip your kid's dance recital. I'm going to get a bit personal on this one. I used to visit this shop with my grandma every Sunday until I moved up north. Whenever we came back down we would visit here. Two years ago my grandma passed, and in celebration of this specific memory, we went back to the shop after being gone for 10 years. The lady running the shop recognized us and greeted us as family, and helped us celebrate my grandma's memory. If you are the owner of this shop I need you to know that you have made such a positive improvement in my childhood, I'll never forget you. I purchased a cup of coffee this morning, I then asked could I sit down at an EMPTY table to drink it while my truck was getting serviced across the street. I was told no. I ask why, and I was told no again. As an Active Duty US Marine, who just came home from combat two weeks ago, this was the ultimate slap in the face! I would NEVER step foot in this establishment again, more less encourage anyone to spend any money here. The racism is unfathomable. This is disgusting behavior and distasteful in nature.
