Delivery was said to be made at 6, never came I called them they said they would call 15-30 min out , I had to go to bet at work at 8pm , when it’s 7:30 I receive a call from my wife saying delivery was there, no phone call text nothing I was on the highway I wanted to be there for delivery I couldn’t When the delivery came my wife noticed the scratch ,she told them immediately delivery people said “ all we do is deliver” my wife naively gave them the delivery money I went and complained one time. They said they would swap 2 days came by nothing. No call nothing. Went back again spoke to the “manager” he said someone would be there the following day at 12 ,nothing , not a phone call nothing , went to to The store same day the day after manager said someone would be at my house , he was off that day lol. I demanded atleast the money for the delivery back, was not fair that I had to pay full price using progressive leasing and pay 150 for delivery out of pocket just so that my wife’s vanity came damaged to the house and her disappointment was what had me enraged. They tried to call me one time to come and swap the item I work over night I woke up 20 minutes after they called and I sent a texted I missed the call dead line by 5 minutes which was 15 min wait time per their policy and because I texted them and said “ I work overnight I just woke up “ they used that against me for every point that I tried to make against them. I used progressive leasing to finance I called them sent pictures to their email, was on the phone with them for 2 hours , while I was on hold with progressive leasing , they could not even get a hold of them , them selves , progressive leasing apologize for their affiliation with them, reduced my bill by the amount that regal furniture delivery charged me and extended my payment dates free of charge. Complete waste of time, useless people , will not do nothing for you , they will use their no return and no whatever policy against event tho they messed up I do not recommend stay away, i didn’t care if it was something for me but my wife not being happy is was what made me write this review , I have more I have screenshot of MY missed phone Call list that they said they call twiced, I have the emails to progressive leasing. I bought king bed set that I saw on the store. I was sent a different model one and was told its the new model. Nothing was fitting in. The height of the supporting beam was different then the side pannel. Finish is low grade. Chips and scratches everywhere on the new bed like it was used bed. Nothing really fits. If anyone is reading this and buying make sure they install everything on the same day also go to store take photo’s and take the measurement tape and measure and write down everything too. If anything is different do not try to ask them to fix cause it gets worse and worse so do a return ASAP or say you wont pay. Make sure to pay only few hundred before you get the product cause you will get the product that is bad. Customer service is ok they tried to help but the whole set was crap nothing could be done but do a hack fix which looks awful. Woods used to make the bed is bad and not treated. It was already bent which caused the bed to be big in middle and smaller on the edge causing the gaps that looks bad even with the king mattress.

Oh lets not forget if you do buy and the do deliver keep looking everything they assemble. They wont care if it doesn’t fit or if something is wrong they will try to adjust it no matter what. Which is on but at the end its more work for you cause you will have to deal with the consequences

So best thing you can do for your hard earned money is look to buy somewhere else. You can buy to save some bucks here but trust me at the end you will spend more then what you could have spent in some other place. But the big thing is even with the money spent you end up with regretting buying the product and end up with the ugly looking thing that you don’t want. Horrible service from this location ! I am trying to get my elderly step father a recliner so he can sleep in it he has many complications . We went in at 11:00 am. They said delivery in between 3-6. And now it's 6:38. And I called for the third time ! And they said traffic! No!! Then they said on second call other delivery's first we paid up front. And he goes to be usually at 6:30. But again I called and then while talking to me with the excuses he goes and starts talking to a in-store customer and totally blew me off ! I am so upset and so disappointed with this place ! I do not recommend this place to no one ever !!!!! And still charging me a 60.00 delivery fee !!!! Bad...
