Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Haltom City

Every time we forget how horrid this place is we order and we are always quickly reminded. This time was the worst. Short staffed and the staff that was there didnt know what was going on. We thought we would save time by ordering online and placed an order. It said it would be ready at 7:15 and I was there at 7:10 pm just in case it was done early. We ordered 4 pizzas and a pepsi. When i arrived they were out of pepsi and there was none supposedly in the back. Ok i can deal with that. As i sat there waiting for the order to be placed in the pick up warmer, other customers came in, ordered and received their order. Half of them brought it back and had a complaint. It was now 7:25 and finally got acknowledged and asked what i was waiting for. I told the girl it was and online order and what the order was. I though it would soon be up but i was wrong again. As more customers received their orders i was becoming concerned. Another gentleman came in looking for his order and talk to the guy running the front. I also got up to see what the problem was with mine. The gentleman finally got his one pizza and wings after showing the guy upfront his online receipt 4 different times. I had his attention now and the guy left with his order. I told him i also had and online order and i thought the girl knew about it since she asked me 20 minutes prior about my order. I also had to show my receipt after the guy asked what the name was on the order. I told him it was under my wifes name and told him her name. With a confused look on his face asked me " is that the name on the order??" I said "Umm yes its the name on the order." So now it 7:35pm and im still sitting there waiting while i kept and eye on 2 pizzas that were sitting on the boxing table. At 7:45 my order was ready but only 3 pizzas and not 4. As i go to tell him about the 4th pizza and asked if the 2 bottom pizzas were the ones on the table. He told me they were but they were waiting for i guess one of the last pizzas to come out. The 2 that i was watching had been sitting there since i arrived at 7:10 and one of the almost went out the door with another customer if he hadent requsted to look at them first and noticed it was not his. Finally at 7:50pm i got my order after showing the online receipt 2 more times and including the 2 that were stone cold sitting on the table and not in a warmer for 35+ minutes. And after all of the there was no apologies or anything said except the front guy asked if i wanted some napkins. I told him no and that i just had to get out of there. I grabbed my stuff and left. Something like this happens every time we get something from there but i promise i will not make that mistake again. I ordered the Hawaiian pizza this evening 07/23/23 7:46 the pizza was very salty, and I could tell I was very dehydrated and had lots of Hawaiian pizzas from Little Caesars and they’ve all been really good. This one was just gross and salty and the breadsticks weren’t even breadsticks they look like one big knot in it they try to slice it which that didn’t work for them and they just crammed it in the bag. I will never go back to this location and I would suggest going to the other location on North Beach the employee upfront was super nice, but the preparation of the food was disgusting. It was kind of funny watching the other employees cruise out with pizzas and things like that and I’m thinking now that their pizza taste good . I did contact their corporate office just to give them a heads up because there is a lot of other people in there and they find tasted like salt and it’s the Hawaiian pizza and I’m sure a lot of other people got some really funky taste in their pizzas to you and then the breadsticks. I’ve never had to drink so much water after eating pizza that was pure salt and it’s a Hawaiian pizza but the kid. At the register super excited nice. I did also contact corporate and I gave them my number and my order number just said let them know that maybe there needs to be some retraining but...

Best prices on pizza, but the reason I always go back because of very good customer service. They are very fast in getting your orders and you get real tasty good quality ingredients on your pizza. They always try their best to make us happy and they met all my expectations and beyond, and they never argue but instead they satisfy your needs. I love how they treat me always welcoming me and smiling, they make my heart rejoice when I step in Little Caesars. I thank all the employees of My favorite Little Caesars and the excellent nanager that trains them to be very efficient and welcoming. I also thank them because they keep my favorite Little Caesars clean and smelling good at all times. I hope the owner rewards all his staff, hopefully he takes them out for dinner because they deserve it. I truly recommend everyone to come and get their pizzas from us. I'm a loyal customer for over 20 years and I'm loyal to them. Everyone is amazing and I thank you on behalf of my family and friends. We love Our Little Caesars. You guys are number 1.
