This place SUCKS For the people that have to live here!! Not only parking but the Trash and ice cream in front of our house.. Had to wash our sidewalk down today from your customers throwing there trash in front of our house! I don’t want ants or bringing it in to the place that I live !and pay a lot of money for !! I was absolutely disgusted with my trip to Rita’s. The employee who took my order never smiled and carried a noticeable attitude. The bathroom was out of order and in a filthy condition. The manager on duty was just as unprofessional—she was rude, never greeted me, never smiled, and wasn’t even wearing a name tag. I would call her out directly if I could. She looks like: Grey hair, glasses, and was short.
