Graduation Cake pre-paid for was not what I requested! An image was sent and other colors were used. UCONN colors are navy and white as with the image description provided, colors on the cake were a light blue and red. Reached out to (Steve) baker who apologized and stated he was busy and should have reconfirmed the colors..I thought that was the point of giving him the inage? Also I'm a paying customer and have nothing to do with how busy you are! Not satisfied with the response and quite frankly I had better cake from Stop n Shop and BJs. I order a special birthday cake on July 27, 2024 from this website who charge me 99.75 plus tip the delivery guy who brought to my home. We had diner celebration and when we cut the cake is was not what I order. Called phone number provided and he stated order was probably mistaken. He says enjoy it ill reburse your charges to your credit card never happen. Did a claim to my credit card who says merchant provided recieved goods.This is horrible to tell a customer something and tell the credit Card a different story. I will never recommend this...

I got a cake from here 2 years and it was exactly what I wanted (the heart cake). My husband loved the taste and kept mentioning it when it got closer to his birthday this year so I, of course, had to get another one. It was AMAZING!
