In the morning people have places to go. The ladies seems cool but they are quit slow at the drive thru. They may need more workers for the morning. Lately there have been lines there. So not sure why the owner doesnt feel the need to place more for the mornings. Also they don't carry many things that other DDs have in the area. Update: So I decide to go back 2 days this week & I by habit make sure I say what I want word for word witu pauses between words cause I know how the speaker & mics can be. & they messed up my order on both days. First day I ask for Hot Green Tea and a Small Hot Chocolate. I get to my location and find a small coffee. Tea sure but how do you get Coffee out of the Words Hot Chocolate?
Next day they get the chocolate right & they give me coffee... when my request was Green Tea.... get this though... they didn't have any green tea.... so Ok go regular then. I look on the sign & see a croissant with chicken or whatver in it (stuffer) & later I get a croissant with chocolate? I totally did not ask for that. Like seriously?
Either someone doesn't know the menu yet or they are spitting out whatever they have available in hopes you wont catch the error till u gone & let it go... or someobe is not paying attention. Ya know when I had them correct the coffee tea error the girl gave it to me while looking away. I swore I heard sonething mumbled by her that kind of ticked me off just a tad but I didnt care enough to call her on it. (Dont want them in future spitting in my order...)
I do know this... drive through should show more attention to the drivers then conversating cause every time there so far they seem distracted & when your order has to be corrected it kind of validates the thought.
I mean they seem nice (today mmmmm) but come on. You there to work... Most places they straighten up at the window when you pull up then relax and talk once you leave. This location needs to learn this & pay attention to the order. Not everyone...

I believe the same person owns all the Dunkin Donuts on Dixwell and if you truly care about your business then you would do BETTER!!! The workers are all extremely RUDE and lack good Customer service skills, and to make matters worse there's always a long wait because there always behind the counter running their mouths instead of helping customers, to top it off you guys never have anything no croissant stuffers, no bagels, no donuts why are you even open?? Read moreThis place is ghettooooooooo. First and last time I'll ever go. Ordered my food 20 minutes in advance to pick up. I arrived at the pick up time they had no idea what my order was. Had to repeat my name and entire order about 3 times. They did not have the beverage I paid for then offered me something else which I accepted just for them to come back and say they also didn't have it and I would have to call corporate for a refund. Then I had to wait almost an additional 10 minutes while they made order ( 1 sandwich 1 donut) .... 30 minutes for a bacon egg and cheese is insane.
