Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Hamilton Township

Have not been here in about 4 years and I know why. What a terrible experience from beginning to end. For one, I don't like their wings. My nephew, who I was with, LOVES BWW so we went. We walked in right before we sat at a high top in the bar area, I slid twice on the floor. I started testing w my feet and the floor was wet. I had to use the restroom and slid more. There were caution signs out. I wound up on the industrial rug that leads to the kitchen. I kept rubbing my rubber sole sneaker shoes on the rug but kept sliding when I stepped off. I called a waitress and then a manager came, apologized and said there is slot of humidity in the restaurant. He escorted me to the bathroom and I made it back to the table only sliding into the high chair. My adult drink came, the diet coke was flat. I told the waitress, she never came back until she delivered the dinner order. I slid to the bar and explained to the bartender who bought a fresh drink using another fountain. The boneless wings...cold as if they were precooked and tossed in sauce upon order. Not even warm. Not sure if this is the case or if they just sat there. We never saw the waitress after she took our order until she delivered it. Still waiting on her to get fresh Diet Coke. My nephew did not complain. I ordered the ultimate tots. No one's fault but the dish is a terrible poor example of street food. It was as described. I took it to go but tossed it in the outside trash when I got home. Place was filthy; seats torn and staff unable to manage ; nor provide customer service! Servant was told that the seats were ripped and booth was dirty; Persisted to attempt to seat us in another dirty table. When the matter was addressed with the staff; She attempted to tell the manager that she was being cursed at; again falsely stating same; I took the names of witnesses in order to address the matter further. The manager( Oreal) was informed of the situation ; however continued addressing the falsehood rather than addressing the problem by managing the staff; to clean up and maintain the dining area! The managers answer and resolution was to push us to sit at the bar? It was my first time visiting the facility, Buffalo wild wings,in Mays Landing , and the last! I disagreed With the way, the manager addressed the matter and walked out of the facility; However, I informed the manager that I would be filing a complaint with corporate. I photographed the evidence and provided to you in the photographs attached. The managers, lack of customer service and unprofessionalism was evident, and there after established through his poor attitude. However, the dining room area reflected, his managerial neglect! Would not recommend any family to eat in...

I went to this Buffalo Wild Wings and did not have a good experience at all. Myself and a couple of friends went to the bar to grab a beer and some food after work. We placed our food order and waited about 30-40 minutes, and still had not received our food. The bartender made the manager aware of this problem, and he came over to fix the situation. Apparently they ran out of chicken tenders, so one of my friends had to place an order for a different food item. After doing so our whole parties food still took another 30 minutes to come out. The manager once again apologized for the inconvenience and said that he would help take care of our bill due to the very long wait. We told him that was fine and finished up our food/drinks. We were all surprised when we received the bill. The manager only took $1.50 off of each of our checks. I didn't expect to get a free meal, but he could have simply taken a beer off of our bill or given us a little bit better discount. After patiently waiting that long and having him tell us that he would take care of us on the bill, it was a complete slap in the face. I don't blame the bartender at all, but I will definitely not be going back to this restaurant...
