I'm only giving this two stars because the woman who took care of my niece and pierced her ears was absolutely wonderful. When we got there a younger woman asked if she could help us we told her we were there to get my niece's ears pierced and she basically bought a board over and said here's what you can choose from and then left they were all earrings nothing was below $50 and the sign said $20 and up. But as we were looking she was occupied with something else and another woman came on we picked a pair of earrings and sat down to get her ears pierced the woman was amazing. But as we're getting them pierced I see the other side of the sign that has the less expensive earrings that we were never offered this was a scam. I feel like...

This is a bad company. I have bought a lot of jewelry and never had a problem until I bought an earring. It was lost and I can see in the photo that a UPS package is missing. It is the photo and I have been trying to contact the company for over a month and every time I spend hours on the phone and manage to get in touch with them they tell me to wait 10 days. This is the 3rd time I have waited 10 days for them to tell me again that they have closed the case and have not resolved it. I don't understand if you have proof of the UPS photo and tracking numbers and it shows that a package is missing, what is the problem? It is a shame that they are shameless how they play with...

Had to get my daughters ear pierced again from closing up. Brought the original gold earring to match. After the employee matched our earring she put our old earring in a bag and put it in her desk acting like nothing happened. When asked for our earring back she says that she is going to keep it to be melted down because it’s damaged. The earring had no damage.
