Incompetence and deception Warning!! Lifetime warranty requires customer to bring the ring back every 6 months, I was not told that as the salesperson was jamming the protection plan in every discussion of numbers. She made it seem like I had to buy the coverage. I only realized this because I’ve been in sales for over 20 years and in my industry we could end up in court for that. I was ok with buying the protection but only because Not once did she mention the required biannual checkup, thankfully my fiancée knew about it. To make things worse when I went back with my fiancée to get her ring sized I mentioned cancelling the warranty and was told that if I did cancel it that I’d have to pay for the sizing out of pocket. This threat turned my attitude from disappointment to disgust. And still it gets worse, because then I was told the ring couldn’t be sized small enough to fit because some of the stones may fall out. They had other solutions that would have also been an extra charge. The ring was a 7 and I said to the salesperson selling it to me that my fiancée was a 5.5 or smaller, the ring I was sold couldn’t go smaller than a 6. We were also concerned that when we move in the next year that there may not be a helzberg location to fulfill the 6 month checkups, their answer was if there isn’t a location within a 100 miles we only have to do it once a year, 100 miles!! I returned the ring and will now have my fiancée pick out her non-helzberg Engagement ring. They have tainted a very meaningful event in my life. *Just a follow up to the company's response to my review that stated "please send contact info so we can follow up and address situation" is another lie. I actually took the time to send them my contact info and not one person reached out to me. My fiancee had the same result, this place is a total fraud. ...

Please do not do your loved ones a disservice by wasting your money here. They may have a beautiful selection of jewelry but it stops there.

Attention to detail, customer service, standing by their own deadlines, and quality of "fixing" their own mistakes are sub par to say the least. Bought an engagement ring from here prior to this New Years 2023. Fiancé has had her ring on her hand for 5 days since then and it is 2/23/23. Stone popped out on band, replaced with a yellowish stone, sent it back, delay after delay, then the center stone was loose, also needed to be resized. Finally got the ring back 2/22/2023, ring was not resized, given back dirty, stone on band is the correct color but does not seat the same way as the original stone on the band did, they claim "since it is a replacement it wont be the same" and "sorry." Then offered my fiancé' to make a "Wishlist" for future shopping. You're kidding.

There is no sympathy or customer appreciation for the money spent here. Manager just says "Sorry," Corporate cared about as much about the situation as Denise the Asst. Manager did, not at all.

Please, my Fiancé's ring was a clear indication as how this particular establishment will take your money, say sorry, not correct the situation, and leave you wondering why you ever spent your money here.

Update__ We returned on friday 2/23/2023 and Denise had a new ring, sized and cleaned just the way i first purchased the ring in late 2022. She was sympathetic and changed the situation for a better customer experience. Although, this never should have happened, she made up for it by replacing the entire ring. That's how you get a customer to come back...

I had the BEST experience at Helzberg Hamilton, and I was so impressed! First off, I walked in the store and got this awesome friendly greeting by ALL 3 ladies on the floor. I felt like I was celebrity with the immediate attention I got! I came in to have some of my rings sized, and Denise was so eager to help me get it all worked out. Denise then suggested some rings for me to look at, and I couldn’t resist and was escorted to the diamond room with the pieces we selected… and that was it! I HAD to have this one ring I was looking at! It was stunning! I was hesitant with purchasing because I came in to only get service, but Denise suggested an affordable layaway option that I could not pass up! I love how Denise didn’t pressure sales me at all! She was just so knowledgeable and patient and made it too easy for me to pull the trigger! I have been to many jewelry stores… many small owned stores on Sansom Street in Philly, yet I have never felt so important nor had such a great experience as I did in Helzberg Hamilton! By the way my 6 rings I got sized… Denise said it would take about a week (I was expecting longer), and I was texted the NEXT DAY that they were finished! I couldn’t believe my eyes!
