Great place for kids to burn off energy. This establishment is big, has a toddler zone with big slide, shallow cube pillow trampoline area with a swing & 2 climb bags in it. There’s a lot of different shape & size trampolines and other areas for kiddos to play. Rock climbing, dodge ball, basketball, warrior jump pads, swings, balance beam, and so much more! There’s arcade and candy vending machines. Have a lot of large tables to hold birthday parties, which we have been to 1 and the kids had a great time. My only gripe about the place is the bathrooms, this is why only 4 stars instead of 5. The bathroom always needs TLC. We are there a lot and every time it’s one of the same issues: unclean, no soap, smells, or no toilet paper. My husband has the same complaint in the men’s room as well. The bathroom should be refurbished to accommodate a hands free environment with accessibility for smaller kids. There’s plenty of free parking and very easy to get to behind the mall. My kiddos love going there and I will continue to take them. Just hope the bathrooms get a little more attention.

Haven't been in a few months and we normally love it here for an indoor option to burn off energy but unfortunately i was absolutely disgusted at how dirty it was today! My child loves piling up the foam blocks and in the little jumper area he uncovered 2 bandaids and 1 sanitary napkin!! First I will acknowledge that bandaids can fall off and that's not the fault of the staff and for the second item well people are just gross but there were maybe 5 kids in the hole place when we got there so you know those items had been sitting buried in the foam for AWHILE. We avoided that area the rest of the time but then he started digging in the big foam pit towards the back and when he got to the bottom of that one the foam blocks were absolutely covered in dust/dirt/foam bits and stuff was floating everywhere when he threw a few. He also found 2 socks, a headband and an assortment of other garbage. Again people are gross and will be disrespectful but it would also help if they cleaned out the foam pits regularly.

This place is great for little kids through teens. I was worried it would be too kiddy for older kids but it wasnt. We brought our 14 year old and he had alot of fun. He loved doing flips and playing sports on the trampolines. He even met other teens to play with. It was a friendly and open environment. There were a few arcade games on the side of the jumping zone. 1 hour of play ran about $17 bucks. The staff was helpful and friendly. I didn't see any food stands but there was another family having a birthday party there. So I think you need to provide your own food if you're planning on hosting a party here. I'd definitely recommend this place if you want to let your kids burn off energy or are looking for recreational activities for a special occasion.

I do Not Recommend this place to anyone‼️ My daughter been to get air in mayslanding about three to four times since it’s been open and each time the next day she ends up in the hospital. After the third time I called the place and as to speak to a manger about the cleaning process of the place. I do believe the manger I spoke with then said his name was joe. And joe explain to me that they “ put warm water in a spray bottle and spray the place down” I asked how do you dry or get the water out of the foam blocks and clean the foam pit he said”they spray foam blocks and pit with warm water and take the blocks on bottom and put them on the top” I explain to him the times before the third how my kid(s) come and there skin is either Breaking out rashed up and red or I gotta take to hospital he basically says he apologizes for the experience he doesn’t know what to tell me conversion ended my daughter was just there last Wednesday Thursday morning I take her to school four hours into her day teacher calls and say she’s not acting the same her face seems flesh (pink) just letting me know she stayed in school I get a another call she’s complain about her head hurt she possibly running a fever and just laying around no energy or strength to do anything alright I’m on my way to get her gets a call 6 min later she’s throwing up and crying take her home then hospital next morning I call get air in mayslanding ask to speak with manger and I get a site manger haley On the phone i briefed SM Haley of me and my daughters experience after leaving get air and asked her was the cleaning process of the place she tells me “ well we put simple green and mix it with water in spray bottle and spray the place down” I replied how do you get the Chemical out of the foam blocks “we don’t we let it absorb” I said you don’t see that as a problem she says” no it’s just like you take the same solution spray your counter down and your child eating off your counter” I replied to SM Haley you have a great day! For you to be a MANGER that’s how for reply to a problem.when I spray my counter down with any chemical I wipe it up and my children don’t eat off a counter they eat off plates. They need a better sanitizing process and better mangement for your priority be safety my child Heath is not safe in...

Just had my son’s birthday party there yesterday. After reading some of the reviews I can confirm a lot of the complaints. We were supposed to be appointed a “party host”, to which I had to keep going to the front desk to ask for help. At one point I said “sorry I would just ask my party host but I don’t know where she is”. To which one of the men at the front said “she’s in the back cleaning”. Why? She’s supposed to be helping me with my party lol.

There was only THREE staff members out of the ENTIRE trampoline park that I could see helping everyone. It’s not like you could tell they worked there because they didn’t have name tags and dressed in regular clothing. You go in the trampoline area and it’s a complete free for all. So many little kids were getting hurt from older kids running into each other. Piles of kids jumping on-top of each other in the foam pit. Kids climbing up the back of the trampolines. Nets ripped open and kids getting into fights.

When I called the day before to ask about the seating area for our party they told us our seating number and I was told that’s all they could tell us? Why? I’m paying you to have my party here and you couldn’t explain to me what the seating arrangement was going to look like? We were placed in a chain linked, fenced-in area next to the bathroom. Which was constantly being interrupted by other guests who had their party in the same area. Kids running past me and other people looming over my son’s gifts, as well sitting at our table when they weren’t supposed to. But was I able to have my party host assist me? Of course not lol.

Don’t even get me started on the vending machines. Two of my guests told me their cards were suspended for trying to use them at the machines and everything was over priced.

The kids definitely had fun, but this place needs MORE employees who take their jobs seriously. Not a group of girls who “work” there but hang around outside and then hide in the back when there are HUNDREDS of people all over the place. There also needs to be a better cleaning crew, everything just looked filthy and run down. The entire thing was very chaotic and unorganized. The kids had fun but it was...

Before the pandemic my kids loved this place. I decided to give it a try just to get them out the house and so much was wrong. 1st once we signed waivers the cashier, whom I believe was the mgr was on a personal call on his ear buds while trying to ring. He was talking to the person on the phone and then me at the same time. I tagged along with my sister who got asked for a 1 or 2 hour visit and who was jumping. He automatically gave me a 1hr visit and started registering for ppl under a different name! We fixed that and went on to jump. My first health concern is that there were no hand sanitizer stations anywhere, thank god I brought my own. Second, they got rid of some of the Cubes in the pit area's, but not the main one! I just think that there should be no cubes at all. It's a germ area on a normal basis. Throw covid into the mix and germs multiple (I kept my kids out of the pit). Third, I dont expect kids to keep their mask on for 1 to 2 hours especially while jumping around, but there were a lot of kids running around with no mask at all, not even just pulled down like they were getting some air. Staff was nowhere to be found to enforce social distancing, to wear a mask or to even make sure kids weren't passing out from wearing the mask while jumping (I know they aren't babysitters and that's the parents job, but a simple walk around every 20 to 30 min would be nice). I get home and check my account to see that I was charged twice. I immediately call and speak to customer service who states they see the double charge and it will fall off. Ok great no problem. 4days later charge went through. I call customer service who then tells me they don't see a double charge I have to dispute it with my bank. I asked to speak with someone from accounting, billing, finance etc only to be told we can take down all your info and someone will get back to you. Beyond annoyed now I give info. It's been over a week and no call back, no email...nothing. I had to put in a claim through my bank wait 48hrs and they refunded me the 2nd charge. The run around...
