We visited on grand opening day, and overall, the experience was just okay—not the worst, but definitely not the best. I immediately noticed dust on the chandelier, which felt odd for a new opening, though the pricing wasn’t bad: $30 for one option or $35 for both BBQ and soup. (Side note: if you’re with a group and even one person chooses soup, everyone pays the $35 price.) On the positive side, you do get full access to the appetizer and sauce bar. The bigger downside was the food service. Since it’s advertised as all you can eat for 2 hours, we expected to be asked if we wanted additional rounds, but no one checked in after our first order. That felt like a letdown. The grill in the center also wasn’t greased, and no butter or oil was provided, so everything stuck and failed to get that nice golden-brown sear. For soups, we tried the mushroom base (which lacked flavor) and the Szechuan hot and spicy broth—rated only “one pepper,” yet it was almost overwhelmingly spicy. I can’t imagine what the “three pepper” rating would be like. We’ve been to several hot pot spots before, and unfortunately, this one didn’t impress us. To be fair, it was opening day, so maybe they’re still working out the kinks, but between the inattentive service, lack of liquor license, and underwhelming food, we don’t see ourselves going back. Overall: 2.7/5 – Food, service, and atmosphere all fell short of expectations.

This is an all you can eat hot pot & Korean bbq restaurant in May's Landing next to Target. You can choose to do either one for $31/per person or both hot pot AND bbq for $36/per person. Your entire table must do the same option and you have a 2 hour limit. There's a buffet section with Chinese dishes and fried appetizers that are also included, but drinks are separate. The dipping sauces are self serve, but the meat, seafood, and veggies will be brought out as you order them. Everything is fresh & raw so you'll have to cook it all yourself. It's vegetarian/pescatarian friendly & a carnivore lovers paradise. I wasn't super hungry, so I just opted for the hot pot but I was impressed with how quickly everything came out & how great the ingredients were. The tom yum soup base had a nice little kick of spice and was very lemony, but the traditional Szechuan in medium spice was a bit too intense for me. I also got a pineapple passionfruit green tea but it was too sweet for my taste, so I'll skip the drinks next time. The ambiance was lively with a large screen playing football with music in the background & is the perfect setting for a group. I've been missing this type of cuisine since I moved to South Jersey so I'm a happy girl!

I recently visited the newly opened Top Pot hotpot restaurant and had a fantastic experience. The environment is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, creating a very comfortable dining atmosphere. I tried both the barbecue and hotpot options, and the food was incredibly fresh with a wide variety to choose from. The restaurant also offers the desserts, appetizers, and there are huge selection of drinks—including both alcoholic beverages and bubble tea. Despite it being quite busy when I arrived, the staff remained friendly and attentive throughout my visit. Parking was very convenient, which made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend Top Pot and will definitely be returning with my family!

Update: The restaurant responded confirming it was in fact their own staff creating a disruption and their solution? I should have asked the same manager who was part of the issue to move to a different table due to their own staffs' behavior. Message received, I will not be returning nor will any of my family or friends.

The food itself was good, much the same as the Delran location but overall the experience was lacking, mostly due to customer service/ environment. We dined in a Monday Nov 4th. Upon entering the hostess was having a personal conversation and did not even notice us. The younger, larger Asian man with glasses interrupted her and told her to seat us. I get it, they are fairly new and it is hard to get a proper staff together and trained. Our server was excellent, our order was taken and she checked back on us numerous times. Part of the experience was ruined due to a table of about 10 people who appeared to be in their early 20s sitting against the wall. The entire time they were loudly conversing using extremely profane language to the point that you could hear it throughout the restaurant. The same larger "manager" from earlier walked over to the table but instead of saying something joined in with them. It seemed like a couple staff members knew them and kept going over to the table cracking jokes and cursing. They really need to have a real FOH manager on the floor because while the food was good I will not be returning...
