I used the online ordering system to get the family taco night package. Everything went through fine and I showed up about 20 minutes later to pick up the order. When I arrived and gave my name, the girl at the counter said I didn’t have an order. I showed her the confirmation on my phone and after some back and forth, the manager pulled himself away from flirting with one of the workers to help. He told me the order came through but they don’t do catering orders at this location- it wasn’t a catering order, but a family taco kit for six people. He told me that they knew there was a problem with the online ordering system, but there was nothing he could do. That was it. No offer to come up with a solution, or pack up the ingredients as a one time courtesy since I drive all the way out there. It’s not like they were slammed or anything either. There were multiple workers just standing around waiting for something to do. I asked why they didn’t at least call me to let me know they wouldn’t be able to fill the order. He claimed they didn’t have my number, which is not true because I had to sign up to place the online order. They did, however, charge my card. I asked for the money to be refunded to my card and was told it would take 24hours. It has been over a week later and the charge was never reversed. I’m filing a dispute with my credit...
Read moreI had to come back to this post and update it because I no longer can give this place a 4 star. The food quality is always really good and the service is actually really nice now. It's just one problem.. No one there knows how to roll a burrito. It doesn't matter the time of day I go in there, one guy who wares glasses that is there normally for lunch just can't roll a burrito to save his life. He always rips them, or they turn out like a giant ball, and all the ingredients are either on one side inside or not even distributed across the burrito. The guy is very nice, and I hate seaming rude, but someone needs to go over how to roll a burrito in this place. It got to the point where I just walked out if I saw him rolling the burritos. I normally don't complain, but it's so unenjoyable to have giant pockets of one ingredient in my burrito. It makes me feel bad, but I don't want to spend 28 dollars on 2 burritos that we basically have to rebuild every time we order them. I might as well go to Chipotle next door, lol. At least I know they can roll a burrito. Just sad cuz we really enjoyed this place for...
Read moreThe only person who knew what was going on was the girl with the nose ring and fake eyelashes who took our order.. She was actually great! It was my first time there and she was very helpful. The other two girls.. not so much. I had to basically explain the menu to them while they were doing the fillings. I had to tell them what came on my order (general tso tacos). They tried to charge me extra when I asked if salsa came with my chips. The above mentioned girl saw us arguing about it and told them that it came with salsa. I could tell she was upset about the staffing she was forced to work with. Aside from that... if I were there for a health department visit, that place would've been shut down. I took the food home and recooked it. I was so happy we didn't pick the pork! It looked disgustingly...
