Someone has to do something about this burger king... the employees are terrible, rude, poor hygiene all around just awful. Have not got one order correct for me in the last 4 orders it's not that hard to make sure order is complete do your job or quit. Store is always a mess never clean. Just went through and ordered double whooper meal large with fries, classic chicken meal large with onion rings, and 2 more orders of large onion rings, once I got my order I checked and only had 1 onion ring so I said I'm missing 2 more very he rolled his eyes says pull toward we will bring them out. I waited 10 more min at this point all my food is already cold rather than argue with employees that don't care at all I just pulled away. Got home with my order open the bag they made me wait 10 min for they put 2 fry boxed in the bag one was empty and the second had 4 onion rings then I open Second bag to find chicken sandwich was missing , so I call the store the rude guy says well you should have caught that before you pulled away. I've never been so pissed. That whole store is a joke!!!! Burger King you need to fire entire staff and put people in there that will do there job and atleast care a little bit. Love having burger King down the road but please clean the place up meaning staff, the cleanliness, hold employees to a hygiene standard, and for God sake mop something it stinks wear gloves and stop giving people old burgers, chicken, and fries that have sat out for hrs...
Read moreSCAM ALERT! They got icky with me because I refused to repeat pay for the same order. Update: ordered 2 of the "3 for $7" deals. Drove up to the first window and paid. The cashier gave back my card, but threw the receipt down on the register. I usually keep them, but didn't bother with this one. I should have. I pulled up to the next window to get my food. They told me to pay. I told them I did. She handed me the soda and closed the window. Went over to talk to the big guy. HE came to the window and told me to pay. I told him I already did, pulled up my banking app and proved it. He looked at the statement on my phone, and shoved the food at me. He didn't say a freaking word. Get your receipts. Go inside. Or better yet, go elsewhere. I've seen this before, it's a scam as old as "second windows". Don't play their game. There's another Burger King 10 minutes away. Read moreI try not to leave negative feedback unless the experience is so below adequate that the public should know. So here's the thing, there are not enough employees, or at least employees that have any customer service skills. They claim to be out of things constantly, one time they said they were out of biscuits at 9 a.m.. if you walk in as opposed to going to the drive thru they will put the drive-thru as their priority, and so many times you will not be greeted and have to wait for someone to come up and get their attention, it seems like they're hiding. It's such a shame because this is a prime location for a Burger King, and so so so many people would eat Burger King because it's freaking delicious when it's made right, but the orders are rarely correct or hot. Nobody there has ever said thank you, and I feel bad for the one poor manager who I see running around doing the job of several employees, sometimes there has only been two people working total in the store.
