Placed a carry-out order for a sandwich and a bread bowl. I got home and they just gave us a pasta bowl and not the bread bowl. When we got to the window the guy told us they had to box up the order still. So since the sticker on the box has the correct item named and the wrong stuff was inside, I guess they slapped the sticker on and gave me the wrong stuff and didn't care. I get people make mistakes, but I expect them to be accommodating. My fiance called, the employee who answered kept cutting him off and wouldn't let him speak, so he asked for the manager. He asked them to meet us in the middle and deliver us the correct item and we would pay the delivery fee, and he said it would be an hour and a half because it was a "new order." I work at a restaurant right now and I am more than understanding but that is ridiculous. If someone places an order and pays for it and the employees mess it up, fixing that order should go to high priority. And a place that delivers should be able to do that instead of making their customers drive back up there to fix THEIR sloppy mistake. Save yourself the trouble and go to a...
Read moreStore is only 1.4 miles away from my house place to order online for the first time ever apparently they don’t deliver to my area which is no reason at all. They shouldn’t deliver here so the only reason why they don’t deliver is because they are racist, and they discriminate against an area that does prominently have more Black people Than other areas wouldn’t recommend the store because discrimination and racism is not OK at all, especially when placing the order online, your store pops up for delivery. It does not say it doesn’t deliver to an address. Other places will say they only do carry out only they don’t deliver to the address so therefore you’re picking and choosing where you want to deliver Food will be calling corporate because there’s absolutely no reason for this. I bet you with that fire department that’s right around the corner from my house ordered food. I bet you would do it there. I bet you if you came to the Hamilton office that’s literally right around the corner from my house. I bet you would...
Read moreGood evening, tonight after 12am I went to pick up an order that I had placed in this store, when I arrived there was no vehicle waiting, approximately 7-8 minutes passed since my arrival and no one from the staff came to assist me. my order, which is why I honked the horn of my car to see if they could serve me, I could only see the rude attitude of a woman who from inside was shouting bad words and expletives at me until she had no other option but to open the window rude and I had to tell him that if he could deliver my order that was already ready, he delivered the pizzas and drinks in a bad way, as a consumer I felt attacked by that Dominos worker, I understand the level of stress that I could have had with this guy Work shouldn't be easy but there is no reason for this type of rude attitudes that leave a company like Dominos Pizza in a very bad...
